Perfect for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. As described, great location. Beautiful beach, will be back!

This home is first class all the way, in our opinion. It’s very well furnished and equipped, very clean and neat, in a great location that is close to the beach and the bay, and there is ample room underneath the house for parking, games, and relaxation. The porch is nice and provides an amazing view of the sunrise and a peek at the ocean. We can’t wait to stay here again!

If you are bringing your dog to SGI, this is the place to be. Simply said: a lovely stay!

Property was clean, well maintained, and just as described on the VRBO site. Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on our Spring Break. The house was clean and very well stocked. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool, fire pit and the swing under the deck. We will be a repeat customer!

The beach house was clean, modern, and looked exactly like the photos. It was in a great location close to the beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting/dining in the outdoor spaces and use of the pool. The owners were great to work with, very prompt in their communication and it was no problem to add the pool heater a week before our visit. We appreciated it very much! This was our first trip to SGI and the beautiful beach house helped to make our trip even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home, great location! Very pet friendly which made relaxing a breeze. Beautiful home, great size so plenty of space for everyone and a weeks stay! Very nice and responsive hosts. Short walk to beach. Was perfect getaway for thanksgiving, Only down side is the heater for the pool took more than 2 days to get to a useable temp. There were some chilly days that added to the struggle , so pending how long your stay is, 250$ for heat may not be worth it. We would likely opt out in that in the future but would love to come back in summer when can use pool more. Would def book again!

House well stocked, clean and well decorated. Easy walk to beach and several blocks to bay. Fenced in yard with sand worked very well with our dog. So enjoyed sitting on deck watching sunrise and sunset.

Absolutely beautiful property and the owners truly thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked, the new pool area was great to relax in and they even had beach chairs and umbrellas for our time at the beach. The home itself is beautiful and newly built with plenty of space. We rented a golf cart to tour the island. It was our first visit to St George Island and we loved being on "island time."

We loved the house. The kitchen was well stocked and furniture in den was very comfortable. Owner was very nice and responsive.

Beautiful place. All the comforts of home. Loved the fenced in areas. The pool was an added benefit. Very clean and maintained. We’ve been coming to St. George for many, many years and this is one of the best places we stayed. Very nice owners who get back to you immediately. Even the pool man was nice and informative. Would love to rent this for a week or two in the winter. Very, very nice place.

This property was very well kept. It was clean and comfortable with many amenities. The home was also well equipped with every kitchen utensil imaginable, including outdoor grilling items. We were extremely satisfied and enjoyed our stay immensely. We will certainly rent this property in the future. Many thanks!

Our family had a great week at Bare feet Retreat. Susan is a great host, the house is new, clean and stocked well, beds were comfortable, the fenced yard was wonderfully convenient for our dogs, and the beach is just a very short walk away. We highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We had young kids teens, a doggy and of course ourselves. The walk to the beach was easy. We rented a golf cart so we could carry our beach load and kids exhausted from a day on the beach. Thanks for a wonderful experience

We had the best time at this house during our visit! The kitchen is stocked full with everything you might need for cooking and our kids (4 and 6 years old) had the best time playing on the play set and hanging out on the front porch for lunch when we came up from the beach for a break. Susan was so nice to let us know to expect the pool that is being installed to be in the back yard, which we are actually super excited about in case we stay here again!! Even though the weather did not cooperate our entire trip, we had such a nice time. The place is super clean, beds are comfy, and the towels are plush! The only thing I will add just in case for future guests would just be to bring beach towels (we always do but just in case, since sometimes there are extras at rental properties). Oh and also I can’t forget our dog! He had so much fun and had bowls out for food and water! They have thought of everything here!!

A beautiful, comfortable, calming, clean, and well equipped house. It was just two of us, but with all the amenities this house had to offer, it would have been just as comfortable with a well-behaved dog and/or children. We could hear and see the Gulf from the comfortable porch and it was such a relaxing place to drink coffee, read, or have a glass of wine. We would stay here again in a second when we are back in the area.

Our second time staying here. The place is beautiful, clean and close to the beach which we love. We love coming here and will definitely be back next year. Planning to make a yearly tradition of coming here when we come to SGI 😊
