They Didn't provide even basic facilities like bathing soap, shampoo etc. Not even a water bottle. Room was so... dirty.
No food service. Room service ok. No worth of money at all !!!
They took 2 days rental as advance at the time on check-In itself.

I left my phone by mistake and I traveled to another state, I was scared that I lost it , no chance will I get it .... but when I called them today they had it and kept it safe. I am trying to get it. I hope I get it by tomorrow.

There is nothing to like in this hotel. Very useless.

Just the location. Close to Howrah station
1. No extra pillow available. Only 2 pillow for 2 people.
2. Bathroom was extremely dirty.
3. Staff were rude.

Hotel is some what nearer to railway stion the other things needed is very poor

Services are poor, for a water bottle done follow up for 4 times and one hour in total. Need to remind for cleaning of rooms , breakfast on daily basis. Wifi is not working

Booking. Come charge me with breakfast they don't serve breakfast.. Room was OK. Paint in wall was laying down bathroom no light sufficient
