Nuestra casita es una escapada privada única, ubicada en 4 acres en la base de Mt Lemmon. Si está buscando alejarse de la ciudad y relajarse en un entorno tranquilo y natural, este es el lugar para usted. Estamos rodeados de saguaros gigantes, mezquite, palo verde, cactus de barril, etc., y la fauna del desierto local nos visita con frecuencia, incluyendo ciervos, linces, conejos, lagartijas y numerosas aves. Ubicada fuera de los límites de la ciudad, la propiedad está a menos de una milla del camino hasta Mt Lemmon y populares senderos para bicicletas, y cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento. This has been our favorite VRBO! The casita is a charming little home perfect for 2. It is private and feels remote, even though you are actually fairly close to food, pharmacy, etc. There is so much to do and so much beauty in and around Tucson. One of us was working remotely; wifi was good - no issues. On the days we stayed home or close, we enjoyed beautiful mountain views, sunsets, birds, and abundant cacti and other native plants.
The house is thoughtfully stocked with items commonly used. There are good laundry facilities. The owners are very responsive (although we had no concerns - they just checked in). It feels like you are living in the Southwest, versus a hotel room. We stayed 2 weeks of a 2 month visit in AZ and NM. Had I have known how charming this casita is, and how much we would love it, we would stayed here a full month.

Photos don’t truly capture the charm and character of this desert paradise. There are so many gorgeous details that take this rental to the next level. The owners thought of everything and it was well stocked with all you need! The w/d was so very welcome after a week of traveling the state. The property is remote, private, and wild just like we like it. The owners live next door but gave us our privacy. Jeff and Marci are friendly and welcoming and we felt safe having them nearby. This location is perfect for those wanting to visit northeastern Tucson’s outdoor areas and is close to mount Lemmon and Saguaro NP East. We highly recommend this rental. 5 stars!!!

My husband and I stayed a week in this lovely little casita. It was a great location. Secluded but with accessibility to everything. We did not get to personally meet the hosts, but they were readily available by phone, email and text. We really had everything we needed right there. We would definitely return. It was a wonderful vacation.

The Tanque Verde casita was a wonderful place to stay. The location is set back off the road and quiet. The casita is comfortable inside with several outside sitting areas. The owners have provided more than the basics in the casita which was a nice surprise.

Clean, quiet, well appointed and very relaxing Casita. We especially enjoyed the patio spaces for relaxing in the afternoons and evenings. We'll removed from the bustle of the city. Would definitely stay here again. So peaceful. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

This is a gorgeous casita in the absolutely best area in Tucson. Catalina foothills with breathtaking views. Perfect private and beautifully maintained and outfitted but still convenient to all shopping needs. BUT it currently accommodates only a single person or couple. No futon or pullout as advertised. Owner’s gracious and just forgot to change description after the pullout advertised was damaged and changed to regular sofa. Otherwise one of my best rentals on VRBO ever!

This casita was well stocked with all the essentials. It was very clean, recently updated and very well kept. We enjoyed all three outdoor seating areas. Beautiful views of the montains and nature, with a glimpse of Tucson lights in the distance at night. We were surrounded by many beautiful saguaros. This will be our #1 place to stay whenever we are in Tucson!

Beautiful location for a week's stay. Very quiet with lots of nature and wildlife all around. The guest house was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. It is small but for two people it was all we needed. Jeff was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Casita!
This is a great place to stay. Clean and plenty of amenities. Quiet, and up against a gorgeous mountain range. Superb golf course just minutes away. Definitely , would come back for another stay!

Peaceful setting
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy casita. The casita is clean and well stocked with everything you may need during your vacation. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views of the mountains, and lots of bird watching.

Tucson Getaway
This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a beautiful, quiet location at the bottom of Mount Lemmon, yet it is within 10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Marci and Jeff have stocked the casita with everything you need for a comfortable stay. They are the perfect hosts.

Perfect For Us!
We loved our sweet little casita in the desert! We stayed 19 days and wished we could stay forever. The mountain views, sunrises and sunsets, desert critters, and total quiet were exactly what we were expecting. It was a great location for the hiking and exploring. Jeff and Marci were perfect hosts, and the casita was supplied with much more than most places we've stayed. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Location, lots of birds
My wife and I were very happy with the Casita rental. The location was perfect, close to much hiking and favorite cycling roads. The Hummingbird feeder made for excellent bird watching throughout our 2 week stay. A Roadrunner visited us on Thanksgiving morning. Property was very private and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. Wildlife abounded!

Lovely casita with beautiful views and landscape. Very clean, quiet, well stocked, and secluded location with easy accessibility to stores and food. Great little Casita
We wanted a VRBO vs a hotel due to COVID, and we are happy to have found this quant casita! It was comfy, clean and the kitchen/bathroom was stocked with all the necessities! The bed was comfy, the ac worked good, and there was cable tv too, The location was quiet, we felt safe and it was just perfect for us! We already recommended this to all our friends in the area who needs a VRBO for any reason, and we would stay here again!

Tucson Casita at the Foothills of Mount Lemmon
We enjoyed our time immensely at our cute Casita hideaway at the foot of Mount Lemmon. The home was immaculate and we had everything we needed. At night after a day of hiking, we relaxed outside with a glass of wine and gazed up at the brilliant, bright stars shimmering in the dark sky. It's rare for us to enjoy such a brilliant sky. We enjoyed the sounds of silence and the sounds of distant birds. Staying at the Casita was like having our own piece of desert paradise. We would absolutely stay at the Casita again. Jeff and Marci were wonderful hosts and made us feel very special.

Beautiful desert hide away
This is a cute guest house on the property of the owner. It has a well equipped kitchen with 2 person kitchen table and attached living room. There is a separate bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. There are 2 sitting areas outside to enjoy nature. The comfortable and clean casita is located at the foot of mount lemon and provides a perfect base for hiking, biking and enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
