The apartment is relatively new, nicely decorated. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and the only place were we could see marks of attrition was in the bathroom. It is well maintained and the building itself is nice, including the small garden. You don't have really a garden to spend time on but the terrace of each apartment is really big and with nice furniture so it's compensating. The kitchen is fair, you have everything you need. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walking and a Lidl 5 minutes by car. Overall is a good experience but I think that for the same money something better can be found in Nikitti.

The very big minus is the noise from the street, pick of the noise being around 5AM when the garbage truck is coming. Near the apartment there are two big trash cans that are being empty every morning and the noise is extremely loud if you stay with the windows open (and being summer you stay ;) ) The owners are ok, the only odd person (for us at least) was the senior of the family (the owners are living in the same building, downstairs). Apartment is not that close to the beach (10 minutes walking) is more close to the main road.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Kitchen was well equipped and had a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, electric jug among other useful things. The aircondioner works very well, however it is in the living room, so its not as cool in the bedroom. But still manages to cool room enough to be comfortable. There is A large balcony to sit at, surrounded by grassy garden and a quite neighbourhood to relax. There is free parking at the location. It is close to a supermarket, and walking distance to beach and restaurants. We stayed in the ground floor apartment. There are many beautiful beaches near Nikiti if you prefer not to be with crowds. I recommend this lovely apartment and hope to visit again

Only thing missing was a clothes washing machine, which if travelling is much needed.

The appartment is big, compared to others in the area. We had everything we needed, but the most important, the host is very friendly! We will definitelly come back!

Ideal for remote working: the internet wifi connexion is strong and stable, anytime. The host was very welcoming, The proximity of a supermarket is very conveninent (2 min), the sea is a 10 min walk. During the stay, the room was cleaned.

Very clean, new and modern apartament. Well equiped kitchen, confortable bed, good wifi, large terrace. Discreet, yet helpfull staff. Walking distance to a big supermarket. Safe parking în the courtyard.

The host allowed us to check in early in the morning. We were traveling with our 1 year old baby and I am very thankful for the hospitality. The apartment was soo great, clean, beautiful. The terrace was amazing. The backyard is really gorgeous. I have been to Nikiti 8 times but this is the greatest place.

I didn’t know that I have ti ask for cleaning if I wanted the apartment to get cleaned. I advice the host to tell this. Some people say it’s noisy because of the cars but I didn’t notice. We always travel with white noise machine maybe this is the reason I didn’t heard the noise.
