The location and price were excellent. Even met a family member of the owner who welcomed me and my mother with courtesy and professionalism, making us feel at home.

The little loft was perfect for our short quick stay in Alpine. I ended up having to call the host to make sure I could bring my new kitten bc I just couldn't leave her at home alone and she was gracious enough to help me out with no issues. I will definitely recommend and probably rent again when in the area. Thanks so much :)

I couldn't figure out the AC but my fiance did with no problem.

It was roomy and quiet, well except for the train.lol but even that was ok.. the cleanliness and comfort made up for the train..

The toilet did not fill properly so the water kept kicking on and off in the tank.

Location to Amtrak, downtown area.

the size was good and we loved the location.

I really like the location, it was very close to the places we needed to be. I like that it had a kitchen. The bed was nice. The host was nice.

We didn't have any hot water for the first day, the host was very responsive but was not able to get someone to fix it. She did offer to move us but we would have to climb up a steep ladder to get to the bed and that was not going to work for us. In the end I figured out how to fix it, so we did have hot water that night. The host said we would get a discount sense I was the handyman, but we never got it. There was a note by the fan that said not to turn it off at the switch but the remote had a bad battery. The host did deliver a battery the next day which was nice. There were light bulbs that were out. Just general mantance was needed.
