Beach location, size of home - one of the few "smaller" affordable houses on the island. It is much nicer than the pictures show.

While the house is very private - the driveway and car parking area really need attention.

Ac units need attention

Awesome location, have stayed in many beach houses throughout folly over the years and this is one of the nicer locations. This has been the smallest one but very efficient and suited our needs. Love the beach shack feeling, just needs some attention/maintenance, would definitely book again.

Alot of broken things, stove top burners dont work properly. Stove drawer is broke, window blinds fall down if you try to pull open, all of the tables seem very unstable like they are about to fall apart, freezer doesn't keep things frozen even after a week, front door knob doesn't latch/lock only dead bolt does. Back/deck door locks don't accept keys, rotten boards on deck underneath outside bath house pose a hazard.
