Location short walk to beach up a side walk Staff responsive & pleasant Quiet location There is a kettle but no cup & drink facility, therefore why was there a kettle ?

The bed linen looked grubby & I would question if it was freshly laundered

It’s a peaceful property with very good location as it was just 5 minutes walking distance to the patnem beach . Room and bathroom was clean . Overall good stay

The staff was very nice

Highly recommend the place. Syed, who runs the place, works from his heart and soul. He not only takes care of the property, he takes care of his guests. I must mention that I was also sick, and I did not feel alone. I felt that someone was taking care of me. The rooms are clean and spacious, the vegetation is amazing and the location is excellent.

Mr. Sayyad is very co operative. Rooms are clean. Beach and shack very close.

The location was perfect. It was clean comfortable and the bed was amazing. The manager Syed was wonderful. As a solo female traveller he made me feel so safe and relaxed. He even took me to Agonda and helped me pick some pants🤣 A true gentleman who is the perfect host for this great place. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The cafe Drishti next door is the best the food is great and the staff are super friendly.

Place was beautiful and spacious and right near the beach. Sparkling clean with a giant bathroom. Our host Syed was so helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

The bed was comfy.

Signage for property was behind bushes. There was no card or cashless payment available therefor I had to go to the next village yo get cash. To get to beach there was a dark 1 ft wide path through houses you had to walk to. If you are alone be weary. There were spiders and cobwebs in all corners of the two rooms. The bath room Mirror has not been cleaned in months. The light fittings were falling out of the sockets. There is lots of nose coming from the open air hall next door, that should be mentioned. You have to brush through trees and shrubs that overhang the path to get to the rooms. Minimal security in the room.
