El departamento se encuentra ubicado en un lugar bastante tranquilo, cercano a supermercado y la playa. Todos los servicios en la casa funcionaron bien, la cocina super bien equipada. Pudimos hacer uso de la piscina sin ningún problema. Eugenia, la anfitriona, fue muy amable, siempre dispuesta a contestar nuestras inquietudes, constantemente comunicándose con nosotros e incluso dándonos datos de cambio de dinero y lugares para visitar. Definitivamente volvería a arrendar el lugar.

El trato y cordialidad de Evguenia es muy destacado. Pendiente de todo desde antes de hospedarnos. El apartamento hermoso con una vista frente al mar de ensueño. Excelente ubicación y la piscina la disfruté mucho. Cómo eran días de semana había poca gente. Recomendado. A mis amistades y familiares le daré muy buenas referencias.

Rooftop pool was great, the flat is really nice and comfortable. Evguenia is very attentive. Communication before and during the stay was a lot (maybe sometimes a bit too much.?)
The flat has a great ocean view, however, most sights are in the Old City Centre or in Miraflores and the flat is in San Miguel. It's about 20-40 minutes with an Uber and the price is okay for the drive (10-20Sol) but except for the ocean view, it's a bit far away.

everything!! location was perfect it was close to the bus station, we have beach view, very close big supermarket, apartment was very clean and beautiful. Evguenia was veeery kind!! she help us with everything we need!

The view and the sound of the sea is incredible. very comfortable and neat place. The location is very good ; a plaza Vea is locate in the back of the apartment. Mr. Ursula and Mr. Eugenia are very friendly every time.

The key was ready to be collected as a soon as I arrived to the apartment. very friendly Mrs. ursula
The walls of the apartment are thick to received excellent phone signal so WIFI need to be use all the time for calls. WIFI worked perfectly.

Evguinia was very helpful and came to meet me to ensure everything went smoothly. She is an excellent host and the apartment has everything I needed. There is a very good supermarket around the corner from the apartment block.
