great communication with the very helpful and friendly staff ! spacious room, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, great shower, loved that I could dim the lights, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby
That was my very 1st visit to Preston and I will definitely book the same accommodations again next time ! 😍

Excellent organisation for accessing keys to property. Great communication leading up to stay. Lovely room. Excellent value for money.
Would have liked a bedside table but didn't spoil our stay.

Location, ease of access. Rooms are very quiet,kitchen is well equipped. Shower was great, nice and hot. Beds comfy, no down sides at all. Great stay.

Lovely room, lovely welcome with towels toiletries. Netflix free on the tv brilliant location separate shared kitchen with cereal tea coffee

The location was excellent for everything u need the room was great for the money room was a little hot but it's better than cold would certainly go back again

Beautiful aparthotel. Check in was smooth and easy, I arrived late so had a check in video from the owner which was really helpful, I picked the keys up from the shop downstairs. Nicely decorated and big and bright room with everything you'd need for a little break. Close enough to town and handy having use of the kitchen.
The mattress was slightly too soft but was ok, the shower was difficult to get the right temperature and I think the drain must be slightly blocked because the shower tray filled up and was very slow to empty during the shower.

not straight forward entry you have to call the person who is working by phone to get in . then two more doors down a alley way to get in .
you can definitely hear other rooms the water has hardly any pressure so it’s not a great shower .
room was ok but lots of black hair around the iron cord and a dust pile that should have gone in the bin

Ideal location, good value for money and friendly, accommodating staff.
Could do with more space, more clothes hanging and more place to put things on.
