The indoor pool was awesome beach view was great game room movie theater so much to do on property we love it

The kitchen was not that well stocked. It sleeps 6 people but only had 5 forks and very limited plates. Space was nice for what you use it for. Floor was sandy when we arrived and we tried to vacuum but the vacuum they provide in the room did nothing.

Was awsome place.. Family loved it and easily to get where we needed and plenty of elevators! Only thing i would say is possibly fix some of the lighting due to not working all the time other then that we will be back soon!

Room was adequate for the amount paid. Well pleased except for broken lamp in the bedroom which made the room look like a fight happen in it and the sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open. Shower dripped all night. Great view and the air conditioning was great.

Property- the elevator system was awful. I was on the 16th floor and always had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes - maximum if 25 minutes. They should really take a look at how NY hi-rise hotels handle their elevator system.
Property should list more of the check in Procedures in their website - most particularly the use of luggage carts.
Lots of security on the property which was nice. They were very pleasant.

The good thing about this unit is that it on the beach, with a beautiful ocean view . The bad thing about this unit is that you cannot get any sleep. The first night we were there we were woken up at 5:30 AM with loud intermittent buzzing and extremely loud humming noise coming from the master closet, inside the wall. This went on for almost an hour, and came back intermittently throughout the day. The second night was better, but the noise started again at 7:00 in the morning. Front desk would not move us after we complained the first night. They also sent a maintenance man who said the sound was running water, it was absolutely not running water. They never did anything about it. I would not rent this unit again

I loved the resort itself. Really enjoyed the food at the restaurant, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the resort! However, the condo we stayed in was very dirty. Could not walk barefoot our whole stay or our feet would be black! I don't know when the last time the place had been mopped! When I spend $2000 for a condo I expect to be able to walk barefoot in the home. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, as well as the fold out couch in the livingroom for our guest. There was no icemaker in the freezer and ice was $6.00 a bag downstairs.
As much as I liked the resort, I will probably never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

we really enjoy our stay. very clean and pretty. kitchen had all accommodations needed to cook for my little family. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient. The beds were not the comfiest, the bath did not run for my kids to bathe on the bottom, and although convenient for the elevator to be right across from the room it was a little noisy. the worst part was the elevator wait times 30 minutes to an hour every time.

This is a nice little condo, but it does need some updates. The living room furniture was very worn and felt like sitting on the floor when sitting on it. In order to have anything plugged up on one side of the bed, an extension cord was run across the bedroom floor, which in the middle of the night can be a trip hazard. The mattress was stained. This condo is directly off of the elevator so there was a LOT of noise outside the bedroom window at night from people waiting on the elevator. There are not enough elevators in this building for all of the rooms and floors that it has. It was nice that the room reservation included 2 seats on the beach and parking. The Waves restaurant on the 1st floor has pretty good food.

In order to have anything plugged up on one side of the bed, an extension cord was run across the bedroom floor, which in the middle of the night can be a trip hazard. The mattress was stained. This condo is directly off of the elevator so there was a LOT of noise outside the bedroom window at night from people waiting on the elevator. There are not enough elevators in this building for all of the rooms and floors that it has. It was nice that the room reservation included 2 seats on the beach and parking. The Waves restaurant on the 1st floor has pretty good food.

First and foremost the view was incredible! My family enjoyed this spacious condo! We did however buy a spatula and measuring spoons and left them with the unit because both were missing, however it was did not stop me from leaving a great review! Vacasa did an amazing job at making sure my experience was more than amazing! I would recommend the unit needing to upgrade their living room furniture as it seemed a bit old, but again that’s my opinion. The king bed and twin bunks were very comfortable, and having a broom and vacuum on hand were handy when it came to cleaning! Again I give this condo 5 stars because the view, comfortability, space, and amenities at the resort were more than great! We will be back next year!

Disgusting Condo
This condo is equivalent to a stay in a roach motel. Everything from the doors, walls, curtains, gross carpet, inch thick dust on ceiling fan, and the furniture could not be sat on without covering first. We have traveled ALOT and I have never encountered a stay such as this (especially a beach front condo). Very disappointing stay!

We waited 45 minutes plus every time we left the room to use the elevators. We were on the 16th floor with smaller kids so using the stairs every time was also ridiculous! Would not stay here again just bc of this.

The beach and environs were great. The unfortunate misplacing if my iPhone on a lounger by the beach was recovered by Beach Security! Anther plus. But the furniture in the units (1506 and 1504)...so so outdated. The roll out sleeper was tortuous. I’ve already got back problems. Horrible! Why don’t these resorts replace them after 20 years?? Luckily we brought our therapeutic mattress or else sleeping would have been impossible. I’m an RN. Wasn’t expecting to be lying in a reverse Trendelenberg position feet slanted downward... our heads had to be at the foot of the bed or we would have passed out!!

The condo was a bit outdated but still had a very nice view and was clean. Ceiling fan lights did not work so there was no light in the bedroom. Housekeeping brought us a lamp for our room which worked fine.
