La propiedad está muy cerrada a muchos lugares excelentes; Está a solo 1,5 horas de la increíble área de Lake Tahoe, aproximadamente a la misma distancia del gran parque de Yosemite. Para la gran área de Sacramento y el aeropuerto de Sacramento, la casa está a solo 20 minutos. Visite el histórico ayuntamiento de Sacramento y el viejo Sacramento mientras visita Roseville. En la ciudad encontrarás muchos lugares para visitar como; el centro comercial Galería Mall, la zona comercial de las fuentes, la parrilla The Studio Movie, el casino Thunder (a solo 5 minutos de la propiedad) y muchos excelentes restaurantes de la zona. La casa está a unos 20 minutos del lago Folsom y las tiendas de Folsom. Disfrutará de un momento muy relajado mientras esté en la zona.

La casa es muy espaciosa y tiene un diseño moderno. Casa de concepto abierto, con cinco dormitorios y 3 baños. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para preparar una excelente comida. Todas las habitaciones son realmente amplias y con 3 salas de estar, usted y su grupo tendrán mucho espacio para disfrutar juntos. Ubicado en un Cul de Sac, es un espacio muy tranquilo y relajante. Para los calurosos días de verano, la casa cuenta con una gran piscina con mucho área de patio trasero y una parrilla para sus barbacoas especiales.

La casa es muy espaciosa y tiene un diseño moderno. Casa de concepto abierto, con cinco dormitorios y 3 baños. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para preparar una excelente comida. Todas las habitaciones son realmente amplias y con 3 salas de estar, usted y su grupo tendrán mucho espacio para disfrutar juntos. Ubicado en un Cul de Sac, es un espacio muy tranquilo y relajante. It was a perfect spot and great size for our family. The pool was a life safer. Other then the hot water was way too hot. Everything else was Great! We would stay again.

The house is lovely and fulfilled our needs very well. My problem with the property manager was slowness of communication and information we asked for. She did not approve us until the very last minute when approval was promised in 24 hours. We wanted to watch regular TV and it took 3 emails from me to get the password for Sling which I never had heard of. Even with Sling we could only get CNN and we are older and are not used to all the different choices when all we wanted was regular NBC etc.. We were at fault for not using the right box to get in but when I texted her to call me she did not. We discovered our mistake and got in. Previous reviews have praised her for responsiveness but that was not our experience.

This home is absolutely beautiful, with a huge kitchen that is a dream, spacious and VERY comfortable bedrooms, beautiful decor, and a very grand feeling. The backyard is the best with a beautiful pool, several spaces to relax, and a great table in the shade for dinner and/or conversation. Everything was perfect.
Our gracious host responded quickly and we had no problems or concerns during our stay. I would highly recommend this home, as it's close to everything. I hesitate to share, because once the secret is out, everyone will want to stay here! 5 Stars for sure!

This home is absolutely beautiful, with a huge kitchen that is a dream, spacious and VERY comfortable bedrooms, beautiful decor, and a very grand feeling. We loved our home away from home! This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood in a quiet little cul-de-sac. My husband loved his daily runs along the paths of the nearby park. This is a very spacious home with ample space for a large family to comfortably stay for multiple nights. The bedrooms are big with very comfortable beds, not always the case in a vacation rental. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream! The best feature of this home is the backyard! The covered patio with the fan was a nice place to sit and relax while the kids were swimming. The pool is heated with solar and was perfect for swimming all day and into the evening. The homeowners are wonderful to work with and are very responsive. We look forward to making this property our home away from home while we are visiting family in Roseville.
