1. Best location since it's literally just beside SM mall.
2. Our request for a change room was granted right away.
We were initially given a room that has a very strong cigarette-smell that made us think of cancelling the booking since we're travelling with a toddler and old folks. That gave a very bad impression, however, a change room was granted right away. Thanks.

The pool
We weren't in the suite we paid for, nowhere in our rental agreement did it say the pool was closed on Monday. My kids were repeatedly told they could only enjoy the pool once per day. Horrible stay,overpriced, TV didn't work, very poorly stocked kitchen ware. So disappointing especially considering our first stay at One Oasis in 2019 was so enjoyable

Location was great, Agent was very nice, Great swimming pool
Sofa very bad, only 2 towels for 3 days. requested towels, got 2 but on last day of 3 day stay. Did not need at that time used same towel for all of stay. Needs a major update to unit. Internet poor. TV has only has a few channels .

Location was good as its behind SM Ecoland.
The wifi is not working. Toilet sink is not working.
