Peaceful location was ideal for touring and visiting North Devon . Very friendly host. Made to feel most welcome. The cottage had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Many extras available e.g. toys and games.

The courtyard of cottages is colourful and charming. The cottage itself provided all we needed and was a great size for my husband, me and our dog, with an open space well-equipped kitchen and comfy living room/ dining area. The bedroom was a nice size and it was so peaceful we slept like rocks! The bathroom was also a good size with a tub, which we prefer. There is a nearby field where you can walk your dog and a tennis court if that takes your fancy. We could go to the farm fields and check out the pigs, chickens and current farm projects. It's a relatively short drive to a variety of great places to visit. Very friendly hosts, too!

I think the tub was quite new, which was great, but it was very slippy so you really must use the tub mat provided! I really can't think of anything we didn't like.

The property was extremely well equipped including tea bags, sugar, dishwasher tables and other cleaning products so we didn't have to buy any! It was a very comfortable stay with high end furniture and bedding. TV with netflix and freeveiw and alexa were great additions to the property

We had a lovely stay at Yetland! Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and were quick to respond when messaging about any queries. The chalet was pretty and a good size for my partner and I. The grounds were also great, and the surrounding countryside makes the whole property a wonderful place to retreat to. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Our bathroom felt a little dated, however the hosts did mention they were working their way through some upgrades, so I wouldn't be surprised if this changes in the near future. Having said this, everything still worked and was very clean, which is the most important thing!!

Lovely cottage, just what we needed for a short break

I was given an upgrade arriving late very dark the owner met me and helped me into the cottage everything was clean nice TV and Wi-Fi with Alex to talk to

Would like cushions on furniture maybe two sofas and upgrade bathroom was cold maybe a radiator would be better and cheaper than fan heater

Comfortable, clean and well equipped small dog friendly cottage. Well placed for exploring the local areas.

It was a little tired but saying that it was good value for money.

The weather!

We had everything we needed in the cottage, it was comfortable, easily accessible and very peaceful.

We really loved our stay. Our cottage was cozy and very clean and inviting. The kitchen was considerately equipped (unlike how self catering venues can feel a bit like someone emptied out the unwanted cutlery and equipment from their own kitchen). It was ample for the three of us and a dog. The site is also lovely, full of bright colours and personality. Our daughter loved having the freedom of the place, visiting the animals, running our dog in the field and chatting with Zak and Marcella. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and bright. We feel like we found a gem and we'll be back!

There wasn't anything to complain about. Probably not your scene if you want a site that's fussy and pristine, but perfect if you want a cozy, quirky and friendly spot from which to explore the area, which is just what we wanted.

Nice peaceful spot, easy check-in, plentiful hot water in the shower, good wifi. Spacious fridge.

There was a bad smell coming from under the sink - I couldn't find anything obvious so maybe a drain problem? Also a caddy of decomposing food left by previous guests hadn't been removed - not nice. Another guest had also backed his big van right up to my bedroom window and started it up at 6am every morning which woke me up. It also meant I couldn't open the window overnight because of his exhaust fumes.

Lovely quiet rural location with friendly helpful hosts. Excellent Wi-Fi and easy to use Smart TV. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely comfy bed in the master bedroom. Great to be able to relax in the bath as well as shower. Easy access to recycling bins. Didn't use the BBQ or games room myself but easy to access them if wanted.

The hosts couldn’t have been any nicer or friendlier!! Such a lovely couple that made us feel so at home on the farm :) their dogs where a huge bonus too they are the sweetest and it was lovely getting to visit the pigs and chickens! The games room was perfect for us hanging out and playing a bit of pool, I highly reccomend staying at the yet land cottages!!

I didn’t having to leave and go back home!

Spacious, quiet, very comfortable, good wi-fi, easy check in with key lock, very well serviced with lots of little extras and no light pollution at night. Zak was very pleasant and helpful.

We had a great stay - the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. A travel cot was provided for our 5 month old. The owners were really friendly and helpful. All in all we'd highly recommend!

Great location, 3 miles from Combe Martin off a country lane, it was very peaceful. Zac and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We both wished we could have stayed longer, there's a ping pong table, table football, even cricket bats. Plenty of room for kids to play and it felt a very safe environment. Our cottage was two-bedroomed, with nice kitchen and lounge, having Netflix was an added bonus. There's a good Co-op in Combe Martin for all your food requirements etc. We both slept really well during our shot stay

Nothing really, takes a little finding first time, a sign at the end of the road would be helpful.

Great location for exploring North Devon. cottage was very clean and well equipped. Play area and field was great for our daughter and dog and Zak was a great host.
