Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Supermercati in zona.

Kitchen utensils like coffee machines and cups and pans were in good order The location is very nice

It got quite hot even though it was 4th floor and all windows were open Room Top14 had a quite small bathroom

Very clean and comfortable.

Apartment was clean. Staff was good with communication.

No elevator access. Very challenging to move up that many flights of stairs, especially after a long day of walking through the city or with heavy luggage. Would be impossible for someone with limited mobility to climb. Should clearly state that apartment is on the top floor without elevator access. No service for the entire 5 days stay. No replacement of towels or cleaning by staff during our stay. This seems to be a growing trend to offer less service and increase the price. Years ago you would have service daily or every other day, depending on where you stayed, now they don’t even bother to come at all.
