perfect size property in ideal location. Able to take brilliant hikes from the door step and easy access to town with brilliant shops, pubs and restaurants.

Unfortunately fire not working during our visit. Although a washing machine, no facility to hang clothes. It did rain heavily during our stay so we could have used a clothes rack. No broom, mop or bucket which again would have been helpful.

spotlessly clean, perfect central location , well equipped, easy check in , very comfortable and spacious, dog friendly, Christmas decorations were a nice touch

Very comfortable accommodation with good quality accessories. Towels and bedding lovely. Had everything we needed and the location is perfect for Ambleside and surrounding walks.

Everything was very clean and towels provided. All appliances were top of the range and easy to use. A really cosy and beautiful house within a stones throw of Ambleside centre.

Massive damage deposit for dogs - wasn’t clear before booking.

The location was ideal. Walking distance to Ambleside centre so perfect for shops, pubs and cafes as well as great base for visiting other parts of Cumbria.

Great Location central to Ambleside and exploring the Lakes. Great homely feel - comfortable, clean and cosy with good views over to Loughrigg.

Parking/turning was really tight for our galaxy (but at least it has parking)! Made worse by other vehicles on the lane approaching the cottage. Particularly some vans right on the corner.

Great house, really modern and clean inside. Everything had been thought of in terms of cleaning products. Had parking at the property. Centrally located, easy to get to other locations. Lots of room.
