WOW!! What a fabulous house. Great location, clean and loaded with everything you need to have a memorable stay. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Beautiful views and sunsets from porch. Close to stores and airport. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we didn't want to leave.Thanks Shelley!!

Great house, all the amenities. Great view, loved watching the wildlife. Great hosts, so helpful and generous. SO much to do in the area and so much fun canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming! Thanks again :)

We rented this property from Shelley to use as a home base while our school’s crew team was training at Oak Ridge. We had 4 couples (parents of the crew team) stay here for the week and we found it to be extremely clean, spacious and filled with everything we needed. Shelley is a superb host who even allowed us to ship extra items for the team via Amazon for delivery. The back deck was a welcome quiet spot to relax in the evenings - an AMAZING week!

really liked this property and the owner. It was 20 minutes to knoxville so it was easy to see our college kids. A marina is minutes away and have boats to rent. Loved it even though it rained.

This stay was great. The house is amazing with plenty of room. Close enough to town, but yet private and secluded. We were able to enjoy the pool, swimming in the lake, as well as rented a boat from the marina on the same road. We hope to visit again.

House was amazing and the hosts were equally as amazing. They were available at all times and very helpful. Our power went out during a bad storm and they were their immediately to offer any help we needed. Property was great, hosts were even better Thank you!

The property was great. The house is a really good size. We had so much fun fishing off the dock. The pool next door was a huge plus that we didn't expect. Having three bedrooms plus the whole basement gave everyone room to spread out if they wanted to. I would stay here again.

Perfect location to get away! We spend the week for the SEAA fast pitch World Series in Knoxville. To be able to get out of the city and into our retreat after a warm day at the fields was nice. The hosts were amazing and prompt for any questions we had. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful and peaceful
Very clean. Exactly as described. My family stayed here as a short getaway. Very relaxing. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking and waking up on the beautiful lake. Owners were beyond accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Cousin reunion
Cousins rented this immaculate and roomy home. The gorgeous view, well appointed kitchen made the experience easy to relax. We all loved having time together and the owners could not have been nicer.

Favorite place to stay
It's 15 20 min from windrock if that. They have a nice lot to store trailers. The house is very nice and perfect for large groups who need there own room. It's about an hour from the tourist sites which is perfect staying away from the busy city life. I recommend this house to anyone who will be going to Gatlinburg, windrock, pigeon forge or knoxville area.

Amazing on the lake
This is the best property we stayed at in years, beautiful great location in a cove on the lake. Kids caught fish off the private doc and location offers all the entertainment you need right out your door. Great accommodations for sleeping too in large home with full private basement the kids slept in that offered its own living quarters, they loved it!! Can't say enough- great place and had everything you need. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Staying at this property was such a wonderful experience. It is conveniently located near the major routes so that it it is still easily accessible to reach Knoxville. Home was perfect for our family. Property Manager was accommodating to all of our needs. House was very clean. Everyone enjoyed the view of the lake from the back porch. We will definitely be returning to this property!

The lake house is beautiful and clean. There is so much thought that went in to making this a perfect vacation rental. The light switches are labeled which is so thoughtful and everything you may need during your stay is right there. The host, Shelley, was there for recommendations and any questions or concerns. Wow! What a great property! We stayed four nights while we made numerous excursions into the surrounding communities in preparation for my retirement. The home served as a great place to relax and allowed the family (my wife, my self, and our two youngest teens (16 and 13))to spread out in the evenings.
We would definitely stay there again ourselves, as well as recommend the home to anyone traveling to the area. It has literally everything you need! Shelley and Blaine have done a wonderful job with the house!

Just Perfect.
Could not have been better. Great location for family. Lots of parking. The floor plan is perfect for a family to spend time together AND have breakout time to relax. We built a fire and spent time on the dock. The cove is beautiful. The host is extermly helpful and great to work with.
