We've stayed at many places on the island over the last few decades. Morning Side has a fantastic location on the island. The view is amazing from the back deck and we spent many hours out there as a family which was wonderful. The property management crew made our check-in easy and dealt promptly with issues that came up during our stay. Very easy to work with. For us the house would have worked best for two families and not three as the library/bedroom wasnt as nice as the two waterfront ones. House feels lived in but had lots of games for the kids and views for adults. Would stay again.

Such a pleasure to awaken each morning with coffee on the deck and beautiful sunrise views over the bay. We loved the dock - enjoyed fishing, crabbing, boating, kayaking, and relaxing. The house location is close to the beach, biking, ice cream, sandy pony donuts, mini golf, and more. We left feeling very much at peace!

Absolutely breathtaking views and sunrises over Assateague Channel, and wonderful stargazing at night made this the perfect spot for our weeklong holiday visit! The house was lovely and had a great communal space for gathering the whole family.

Large kitchen and living area. Our family cooked and played games and puzzles. Dock was great for sunrise and sunsets, also the kids had a great time crabbing. THREE BATHROOMS that’s a plus. Easy access to town, short drive to beaches and plenty of parking.

Spectacular view
This is our favorite property, it is well equipped and comfortable. It’s perfect for a large group. There is nothing like coffee on the roof top at sunrise.

While the character of Morning Song reflects its 40 years, we found the property very welcoming. A spacious design allowing for ample privacy as well as fellowship in the Great room. A private dock and watching the fire (fireplace) at night while listening to to soft music through an amplified sound system contributed to its essence. I look forward to returning again one day!

Perfect location
We loved the location and layout of the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had a great screened in porch that we used every evening! The only complaint is that it could use a deep cleaning.

Great stay in a private house
For us this was a great vacation location, particularly in light of COVID. We were able to go crabbing every day right from the house's dock and launch kayaks for daily paddle trips.
Our son is a massive reader, and we were surprised and delighted by the library of teen-friendly SF and fantasy books!
