Good location, 10 minutes walk from City Centre, shopping nearby, good parking option, which is very imporatant. On the street there might be a problem to find space and streets are very narrow which causes often incidents (scratches on cars). Two comfortable bedrooms with own bath, additional bath on ground floor. Very well equipped kitchen with large window to the garden.

The house is directly under the air corridor of the airport (very close) which causes noise several times during the day. There could be more space in wardrobes. If you cpome for longer than 2 days you don't have enough space for your clothes. Some additional hangers in the bathroom would be useful. The house in winter is very wet, but this is, I'm afraid, reality of Azores. The towels could not dry within 3 days.

The location made it easy to walk around the downtown area. The kitchen was well equipped. The modern style and cleanliness was nice.

Our only issue was the lack of heat on the main floor, as it was quite damp.

This was our last place to stay after a long vacation in Spain and Portugal. I was so ready to be back home. This house was an oasis. I forgot about wanting to be back home. It was sparkling clean and really comfortable. The standard was hotel level. Teresa was really on top of everything.

All was good

The property was in a great location. It was easy to access and had great private parking. The hosts were very responsive. They were very accommodating of our baby, leaving us a crib and high chair. We loved the yard.

As is typical in the Azores, the downstairs doesn’t have heat and since we were there in winter it was a little cold but the upstairs bedrooms had heating/cooling units which was great.

Beautiful, big apartment with lots of common areas as well as ensuite rooms. The kitchen and the whole apartment is very well equipped, and we received help promptly when we had small issues with the appliances. It was a bit chilly and damp in January, so the air conditioning with heating was very good. The TV had many movie channels and others for restung on a rainy day. The supermarket is just at the end of the street, very convenient. The garden was also a nice feature and the old town just some 10-15 minite walk away.

Private parking is great, but the street itself is very narrow, so it is difficult to enter and exit the parking area. The steep stone stairs to the first floor may not be well suited for children or elderly guests.

From the first click of the button to book, the hosts were ON IT with clear, consistent , and informative communication. Answered all questions in a timely manor, tracked our flight to make sure they were ready to receive us at arrival and were available for any questions for the entirety of the trip. The space was absolutely stunning and came with nice touches like bottles of wine and water to get us started before we could make it to the market ourselves. A house full of Digital Nomads and we had the internet speeds and space/soundproofing for all to work comfortably.

Everything was exceptional. The open natural space in the back is shared with the guests staying in the neighboring villas but we had almost no contact and they were quiet and respectful
