Lovely Place in a quiet area. Alessandra is the perfect host and lives there. She is always for questions and hints available. 10 min to the lovely La Cinta beach with fine sand and shallow water. In August the beach is crowded like normal in holiday seasons. 10 min to San Teodoro with restaurants and markets in the nights. A Mini Market for a rolls forgotten stuff is not fare a way. We will for sure visit again Residence il Melograno.

The owner and her daughter were the best hosts. They were super helpful with everything. We got the best tips for restaurants, beaches, beach buses, etc. They were also amazing and super helpful when we had trouble with car and needed native speaker, thank you again. Il Melograno is at the great location, you can walk to beach (La Cinta) and also walk to town center, supermarkets are very close, very convenient. Bus stop is also close, beach buses can take you to many other beaches.

Cute apartments in a very quiet and convenient location, you can walk to the beach and to the city center in 10 minutes. Very nice to have both a front and a back garden and an amazing veranda to enjoy your meals in the shadow. The apartments has everything you need and Alessandra, the owner, is a fantastic person ready to help you and give you tips. The embodiment of hospitality! We will for sure come back and recommend it!

The property had beautiful grounds, well maintained garden. The landlady was very kind and attentive. Well equipped for self catering.

Excellent value for money. Private garden and plenty of parking space as well. Close walking distance to the La Cinta beach. And the host (Alessandra) is super nice, friendly and helpful.

Just minor comments about the bathroom where the shower cabin was leaking when taking a shower. And some kitchen essentials missing like a veg peeler which was not a big problem as we bought one in the nearest store.

Excellent short stay in this little bungalow with garden and terrace. A warm relaxed welcome with recommendations for places to eat and visit, made our early arrival completely stress free. The accommodation is small and perfectly formed with the added bonus of a terrace and private garden. We travelled with dogs so this was perfect for us. Parking right in front of property made unpacking easy along with being on the ground floor only. We walked into town to eat out; it's an easy 10 -15 minute flat walk and there are lots of places to eat or have a drink as well as supermarkets & shops of all kinds. It feels quite touristy and I can imagine in high season, it would be quite hectic. The beach is magnificent!!! It's again a very short, flat walk from the residence. There are only 2 places to eat or grab a drink from along the entire length of the beach but lots of places on the walk to the beach. The white 'beach' bar is great value as servings are big ( can't remember the name). We wished we had more time overall there so we'll be sure to go back! We travelled back to the mainland from Olbia which is a great town for a visit but also very close - approx 23 mins.

Sorting the rubbish for daily pick up is a bit complicated but imposed by the council no doubt.
