The location is excellent, right by the Colombie station and a large shopping mall. It is only a short walk into the centre of Rennes, and only a short walk to both the central station, and a large central interchange (Republique). The apartment itself is spacious, and really beautiful interiors, very comfortable beds, and a lovely shower.

I think there could have been a few more lamps in the living room to make it a little cosier.

It is almost impossible to find the property and the parking. The idea that we could somehow meet the agent at the facility was absurd. There needs to be very detailed driving and walking instructions provided in advance to renters. The place was also sparsely furnished. There was less than one roll of toilet paper on the property, for example.

It was bright and airy and not too far from centre of Rennes.

Kitchen equipment was lacking. There were no coffee/tea cups, we had to buy our own. Also wine glasses would be a nice addition.

I was not made aware that it was In a tower block when booking . It concerned me that no explanation was given to us about an evacuation procedure on arrival .

Great location, 10 min walk to very nice bars and restaurants. Underground parking included.

The apartment was quirky, bright and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Excellent meet and great from Romane.

We hadn’t expected to be in a tower block surrounded by other tower blocks, although this wasn’t a major problem except that roof works on a nearby property began at 8am each morning which woke us up. The dishwasher needs a good clean as it made all the crockery smell stale and musty. The light in the toilet was completely inadequate and dark. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Several lamps didn’t work. The contents of the kitchen drawers and the cupboards need a clean. The temperature settings on the oven are difficult to read. We didn’t like the plastic mugs, pottery mugs would have been better, and some of the crockery cannot be used in the microwave. One of the bathroom sinks leaks into the bottom drawer. Our allocated parking space was taken on our arrival and we had to wait a couple of hours for it to become available to us.
