The apartment is in an excellent position and well equipped. Wonderful sea views. Easy check in The owner was very helpful in suggesting good places to eat and even told us of a band playing at one of the pubs.All in all a lovely stay.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. It was clean and everything was exactly as stated when booked. It was comfortable. Everything worked. Couldn't find any fault. Can't believe the value.

The sofa was uncomfortable The light over the sink in the en suite didn't work The table and chairs in the kitchen are too big for The space and get in the way of the fridge and freezer door opening. There is a table and chairs in the Living room so the one in the kitchen seems surplus To requirements .

Woolacombe is one of our favourite places to visit and stay and only a couple hours drive from our home

Weather sometimes!

Incredible location! A very short walk into the town and to the beach. The view from the balcony is stunning. Lizzie the host was brilliant with communication. Very easy parking with a allocated space. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand prior to entering the building. There is a great outdoor shed/lock up, for each flat, for your boards and buckets/spades.

The fittings in the apartment felt a bit tired and are quite basic. The towel rail in the bathroom was loose and the metal rail easily falls out. Unfortunately, there was a major gas outage in Woolacombe during our stay and so we had 2 days of cold showers! This put a dampener on our experience of Woolacombe. It was good value for money for the location but generally Woolacombe is a very expensive place to stay. We are not planning to return.

Great location, apartment had everything you needed!!

The apartment was well situated and had everything we needed. The outdoor store was a great bonus. Communication from the point of booking was excellent.

I didnt like having to leave! Next time we will stay longer ;-)

The property was great just what we wanted sadly the weather was not doing it’s bit so sitting on the veranda was not done enough but put our coats on had time to see the vista from the property superb

Nothing really every thing we needed and odd pieces like washing up liquid there already even dishwasher tablets to use even though there was just us two this time

Superb location overlooking and minutes from the beach. Balcony with sea view and the apartment offered easy access to the facilities Woolacombe offers,good beaches and lovely walks. It was an excellent base for a holiday.

What a lovely apartment a short walk from the centre of Woolacombe. Fantastic views from the balcony, parking to the rear of the property, all the mod cons in the apartment and a shed full of beach gear to keep all ages happy and entertained!

The early departure on final day but the owners can be flexible if next booking allows.

The apartment was in a great location with an outstanding view, it was very clean with everything you vould ask for. with local amenities very close by. Great online parking and getting the keys was very easy to.
