The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful. The rainforest walk, restaurant, pool, pond and guesthouse area were incredible.

The apartment is privately owned and when we tried to contact the owners for assistance they weren’t available. Luckily the front desk staff were awesome and accommodated us. The room smelt slightly “stale”

Misrepresented and not a part of the Ramada run by a individual who does not respond to inquueries and did not provide some basics that were required as well

We loved staying at Ramada Resort, it was a short drive to town and had everything we needed. Easy parking on site and lovely tropical garden/grounds. The room was comfortable and as pictured, good value for money.

The bathroom could do with some upgrades, it is a bit tired and has no ventilation/fan.

The hosts were lovely and provided easy instructions for self check in. They were also very responsive and flexible (within reason) about check in times. The location was very good and only a five minute shuttle bus journey (or can hire a bike) into the centre of port douglas.

Lovely location, beds were really comfy, nice appartment for a small family.

Barthroom needed a little more attention .
