We had a very relaxing good time at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was exceptional with high chairs so that we can see over the balcony rail. Everything was wonderful! We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our time at SPI! Great access to beach! Beautiful condo equipped with essentials for what we needed to make of feel more like home.

We had a wonderful stay here! It had everything we needed. Plenty of plush towels and a few beach towels. Great pots and pans and casserole dishes. Plenty of glasses and some plastic cups to take by the pool also! Super comfy beds! There were games available and some puzzles too! Door entry is the best we have had and the air conditioner worked like a charm! We will definitely be back here. It was nicely decorated and made us feel at home! Thanks Steve!

We had a great stay in this condo during our 14 days in South Padre!! We come here often & this has to be one of the best!! The grounds were well maintained & our Condo was very clean & homey. Comfy beds, great pots & pans, dishes, etc. Great communication with owner ( even informed us of the SpaceX launch) Hope to stay again 😎

The place was clean, conveniently located close to everything, and the view was spectacular. Overall the stay was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; owner was an excellent communicator and also gave us ratings on some neighborhood joints to check out. Overall very relaxing stay, and would 10/10 recommend for future visits!

The 2 bdrm/ 2 bath easily accommodated the 3 of us. Could easily sleep 6 if you don’t mind sharing a bed. Well-equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated. Beautiful balcony views of the beach and easy managed access to the pool and the beach. We took our own chairs and umbrellas in a heavy duty wagon (big wide wheels for the beach sand), but you can rent chairs/umbrella from the property office. The WiFi and TV options were solid. There were even card games in the drawer. We loved it overall and will use this property again.

I have rented other condos in the past at SPI and other places, by far this has been the best condo I have ever rented. When we got there, it was super clean, it smelled nice, temperature was perfect, great beds and linens, and it had all the necessary things to start (soap, paper towels, trash bag, etc.). Stephen responded immediately to all my communications and concerns. There were no problems whatsoever so there was no need for him to fix anything. Covered parking space is a plus. Condo has a great view to the beach and is quiet. We really liked the sectional at the TV as we saw a lot of movies. Great experience and definitely will rent it again as soon as we can. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable. The pool area and play scape for the kids was awesome. Easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. Very nice property, easy access to beach, great pools, beach umbrellas are available at the property too,. Property manager was extremely responsive. We had a small problem with AC on second day but Steve was able to work it out with us.

Someone previously wrote a review and said that the place was actually better than the photos. We completely agree!!! So much cleaner and nicer than we expected. Very well stocked, great location. We especially appreciated the long boardwalk and mat, so may complexes only have a sand walking path. We loved walking to the grocery store, and Coco Beach restaurant and bar was right next to us for a quick walk on the beach. We would absolutely love to stay again. The only item I would comment about is the Next Thermostat. We are not familiar with them, and had a hard time adjusting it in the evening.

Second time we’ve stayed at this location with this property manager. He is great! Always answers back quickly and the condo is really nice. Keep up the good work.

Best condo property on the island. Not the best unit, definitely not the worst though. Beds were comfy. Wish the king was in the master, not two queens. Condo 405 needs a little TLC but furniture was great as well as the patio set. Always find sand in the washers so nothing new. I am very picky about cleanliness and was somewhat disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. Batteries died in the door entry and were locked out 2 1/2 hours. Had our pregnant DIL with us so that was very inconvenient. Luckily there are nice bathrooms by the pool and it wasn’t terribly hot so it all worked out. Just one of those things! Overall had a fantastic trip. Perfect weather, beautiful clear water and great location.

Looked for weeks for a quick getaway before school starts back up. So glad we found this condo. Condo was clean, everything is as described in the listing. Everything is close. Parking garage and gated complex was a plus. Owner is available and responds quickly if you need him.

The condo was really great for a family with young kids. The guest room was perfect for my mother and the two trundles were nice for my 3 and 2 year olds (no worries of them falling out of bed). It was a short walk back and forth from the beach to get snacks and drinks for said children. What was a nice surprise was being able to see the Louie’s backyard, Fourth of July fireworks from the from balcony. Would recommend this condo to friends and family and will stay here again.

This property is everything we wanted and more. Outstanding attention to detail. We loved everything about it. Blue marlin grocery store is within walking distance. The grounds manager is very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend Yummies for brunch! Renting a golf cart is a blast and a fun way to get around the area. There is a cool drive through frozen drink place that is really cool. Building is pink- can’t remember the name .There is a pier with live band and dancing next door to courtyard by Marriott. So much fun!, Wonderful Mexican food at El Chilango- highly recommend! We will remember our time spent at this fabulous vacation home for years to come and hope to return again in the future.

The condo is centrally located with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It has a large balcony with unobstructed views of the beach and overlooks the swimming pool. My husband and I were able to relax on the balcony and still supervise our 17 and 12 year old swimming in the pool. We had a great time and hope to book this condo the next time we go to SPI.

The condo was as pictured and extremely clean and well-stocked upon our arrival. Very comfortable accommodations. Owner was very helpful and accessible. The location couldn't be better--walking distance from many restaurants on and off the beach. Ocean Vista complex is well-maintained and managed. We would be happy to stay here again!

This condo checked lots of boxes for us. Unobstructed beach view, quick private access to the beach, covered parking spot, close to restaurants and the grocery store. Most properties do not stock their units with toilet paper, hand towels, hand washing soap, laundry detergent, etc. The owner has taken the time to provide all of these items so we didn't have to unload that sack of items from the vehicle. Very much appreciated. Communication with the owner was super quick and everything function as intended. Umbrellas and chairs can be rented next door at the property to the south. Check out was a breeze. This will definitely go in the saved properties box.
