Great small hotel. I had a room with 2 bunk beds. Would have been cramped with 2 people but bonus each bed has it’s own TV. Very small desk but adequate space to 2 people’s carry-on size bags, safe in room. Excellent air conditioning.
The breakfast was nice.
Lost bars and restaurants in the Leidsplein area about 5 min walk from Krisotel.
Location is very good. #2 and #12 tram lines run to/from Amsterdam Centraal and and the #7 will get you back form the museum quarter (stops within 200-300 m).

The breakfast that we paid for in advance was excellent. Good selection of food and the staff were continually restocking items.
The only downside was that the room was teeny tiny. It was difficult for two of us to move around in the room. It was funny to see a 60 year old climbing up to the top bunk bed.
I understand that hotel rooms are small in Europe and you aren’t spending too much time in it, so we were fine with all of that.

Me ha gustado el hotel, personal amable y habitación confortable,la ubicación es buena y cerca de todo para ir caminando.

Close to an eating area. Quiet. Old building feel.
The bathroom was oddly placed and the shower was quite small. Weird placement of things inside. But a small issue only.

Location was really good and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast let the hotel down. The hot food consisted of dried beans, over cooked hash browns, greasy bacon, sausages and some scrambled egg. The pastries and toast were good, as was the coffee and juice machine.

Room a little bit small but nothing much you can do about this as it is an old building.

Everything was ok. I booked a deluxe room cause people who already visited amsterdam told me that rooms in the hotels are usually small. So the room was perfect, clean and the breakfast offered all (brioches, cheese, ham, egg, yogurt, fruits, bread ecc.). The hotel is easy to reach from schipol through autobus n 397. Then you can just rent a bike to visit the entire city :-)

The room was small, but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the shower was decent size, loved the green tea 😃

Location is great. The hotel is very close to a popular square. There you can find lots of shops, cafes and market. You may walk to Dam like 15 minutes or take a tram. The hotel is in peaceful area. Without room card nobody can enter the hotel, elevator and stairs indeed. Lobby, kitchen and the toilets were really clean just like my room. I saw people cleaning many times. Breakfast was good enough too. The staff are amazing. Especially Ahmet. He made our stay easier. He is very helpful.

Great small hotel in a very convenient location. We didnt need to use any bus or tram. Just 10 mins walk from bus stop to and from airport. Staff very helpful. We didnt have breakfast but there was free tea/coffee/water in the dining area 24 hrs which really was great. We were on the top floor in a lovely clean and spacious room for 3. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
The only issue I had was that our room was facing the street and although the hotel was in a very quiet location/street there was a lot of noise from a bar across the road. It wouldnt stop me from staying again but I would request a room facing the rear.

All the Reception staff / managers were very helpful and accommodated all our needs, including our early morning arrival from the airport & the ability to hold our luggage securely until the afternoon checkin time. The breakfasts were nice with a good choice of hot & cold food.
Not in the control of the Hotel - outside work on the pavement in front of the hotel was very messy (wet sand everywhere) and very noisy at times. There could have been mention of this ongoing work on the Booking.com website, so it did not come as such a shock when we arrived.
