Spectacular place indeed. Enjoyed the house, the pool and the view. Mona who is responsible to deliver the keys and explain the functions of the house was really helpful, and always ready to help regarding any request. We even had communication via viber or telephone during our stay, to get her suggestions on restaurants and places to visit.

A negligible drawback is the fact that there is no tarmac road where the house is built. You have to drive on a gravel road to reach it.

Road to the house calls for a car that’s not to low (suv or even 4x4).

the villa is absolutely amazing - just like in the pictures. there is everything you need, the house is one of the best equipped houses we've ever been in. in the kitchen there is everything to cook a proper and nice dinner. the villa was very clean, the cleaning lady even came once to clean it during our 1 week stay, she changed the sheets, gave new towels and everything. we were a group of 10 people and there was way enough space for everybody. the absolute best thing of the house are the sunsets - one of the most magic sunset locations we've ever been - just wow. the location of the villa is good, near to the port, supermarkets etc. the only thing that was a little pity was, that you could not go down to the sea right below the house - because there was no public beach, just a private one - so we always had to take the car - which was absolutely fine though. the nearest really nice beach is just 5 min by car. the island kea is very cute, it's quite, not crowded, has very nice restaurants and people - a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. the house owner, Maria is super helpful - she responded very quickly to every question we had, was always really lovely and caring. a big thank you to you Maria - we just had one perfect week in your wonderful house. we only can recommend it to everybody.
