Great house in a lovely neighborhood! Very clean and close to shopping and restaurants. Short ride to the beach. Loved the nature park that is minutes away. Communication with owner was excellent.

What a wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional Florida home. This home is so well taken care of and ready for guests. Everything you need for a carefree vacation. Would highly recommend.

Very quiet area. Great yard. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Except umbrellas which we left some for future guests. The local parks close to the house are wonderful. Needed more time to explore them though.

It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach but the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

I booked this property very last minute to make it to the funeral of a family member (while also intending to enjoy FL beaches during the trip) and I am so very glad I decided to book this location! We LOVED that it was within walking distance of Indian Rocks Beach, and the property was everything we could have asked for. The wagon, beach chairs and towels were so helpful. I would love to stay here again!

It was great, nice big T.V., super clean, excellent kitchen small appliances. The floors were immaculate. Parking was great. Close to alot of things to do. Beds were comfy. also having a washer and dryer on vacation is very convenient. Had no issues with anything while we were there. Property management was great.

This charming place was just what we needed. Host was accomodating and readily available. We appreciate that the kitchen had a nice collection of herbs and spices, and that there were plenty of paper products for our 3 weeks. Thanks, Lynne for our wonderful stay and for the rum cake!

Lovely, clean, relaxing home!
Our stay was so enjoyable! The place was clean and in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Doors didn't squeak, bathroom was immaculate, and there was always a breeze on the porch. Beach chairs and towels came in handy! It was perfect for our stay. We would stay again, but it isn't available for our next dates!

Nice decorations, appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. The property manager was very courteous. I only wished that the air conditioner would go lower than 70, it was warm at night. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

Great Getaway
The house is great. It is cozy and very clean with everything we needed for comfort. We will definitely stay here again. The location could be viewed two different ways. It is not as close to the beach as we had hoped for. We did need to drive to an access area and park for our time on the beach. It is a very short drive, only a few minutes. Indian Rock Beach is a great area and less crowded. The plus side to the location is that is away from the extremely busy tourist area of Clearwater beach . It is in a quite neighborhood. We found some great restaurants, all within a few minutes drive and with lots of parking.
