Good location, clean, laundry facilities on site.

Didn't have AC, got a little hotter than I was comfortable with at night, but ceiling fans and electric fans were provided to help.

The apartment is very well placed, by the beach and it has everything you need. We had a bottle of champagne as well in the fridge, complimentary from the owner. Very safe and lovely apartment with what you need

The location is ideal, just north of Lahaina and very close to just about everything. Snorkeling and surfing areas abound in close proximity. Lawn chairs on the lawn above the beach with palm trees for shade are great for lounging in the sun. Inner garden area was fun with pond, fish and wonderful tropical plants. Patio area right in the midst of the garden was wonderful to eat at each day. Temperature outside was perfect for eating all meals. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and range, blender, microwave, dishes and baking pans and bowls.

The apartment had no air conditioning making open windows and fans (supplied) essential for living in this apartment. Unfortunately, that allowed bugs and geckos entry on this first-floor apartment. Each apartment is privately owned so the condition may be different in a different location, but this room was rather poorly maintained, (sheetrock repairs in the bathroom, front door damage, etc.), no bathroom ventilation, and inadequate electrical connections (no bathroom power for hair dryer). Reviews I had read before staying here did express that having no air conditioning was a problem, but the management seemed to be saying that air conditioning was coming soon. Well, it hasn't arrived as of October 2022. With daytime temps of 82-89 degrees F and nighttime temps of 72-75 degrees F, it made living inside the apartment difficult. If they could get air conditioning (maybe some have it?) I could see the 9.2 rating Booking.com customers gave it, but I wouldn't recommend it without it. This unit wasn't worth the price I paid without air conditioning.

Everything! One of the best stays ever! Right on the beach, where every day at noon you can spot the Hawaiian green turtles! 2 minutes from amazing coffee shop and market place!

It felt like we owned the place and the beach. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the rain forest in front of the patio! Amazing!

Fantastic location, seconds away from the beach, grocery store, restaurants and much more. Not over crowed with tourists. Location has a great patio outlooking the garden which is more like a beautiful tropical forest. The condo itself has a huge TV and large dinning room whith a pull out couch which is great for families.

Wish there was more shade on the beach ⛱️

the first floor bedroom with a window that could not be closed properly was right on the street, which meant that you could hear every noise and felt a bit like you were being watched.

Value and No Ac

Loved the proximity to the sea and the availability of sun loungers which were perfect for turtle spotting. The condo had everything you would need, including body boards and deck chairs. There was plenty of available parking too.

The condo was quite dark and lacking natural sunlight as we had a room on the ground floor. we didn’t actually meet any staff while we there, it may have been nice to have been given some local recommendations.

the stairs to the beach were closed off. the paint in the bathroom was chipped and there was blue painters tape piece stuck on. the wall in the bathroom and the toilet and shower ran/leaked. there’s no AC so it was constant leaving doors open to get air. the ceiling fan wasn’t working and they came and fixed it but we had to bug them to because they only offer to bring another floor fan. the owners also contacted me outside of the booking app to get more money from us since we originally booked this in 2020 and couldn’t travel due to the pandemic and had to push it out til May 2022. they wanted another 2500.00 on top of the almost 2500 we already paid for our stay in 2020, as they wouldn’t refund us back the. and said we could just use it for a future stay. so $5k for a place with no AC, not the best decor and chipping paint in the bathroom as well as roaches and other bugs. the only reason we stayed here is because we couldn’t find anything else last minute when the owners tried to get more $ from us the week before our stay and we needed beds to accommodate three adults. also wanted a $35 dollar linens change fee (for a ten day stay) but would be waived if we wrote a good review, which I will not do, I always give true reviews.

great location. the garden was cool. The onsite managers were nice enough.

The pictures were deceptive. This was not a very nice place. The bed was uncomfortable. It was dark and dank inside. There were big cockroaches that scurried away when you turned on the lights at night. The pool was dirty. I can't believe that we paid as much as we did to stay at this place. Check the reviews on google and other places as well as on this website. Beach entries were all in disrepair.

owner offered me $25 to rate this 10/10, sorry, but no thanks. The privately owned so called hotels need to STOP on booking.com. So there you go, the reason why the rating is so great here. it’s quite normally clean, but a little worn out and FAR from a 9 by any standards, if you are used to the Booking.com ratings. The fact that it’s Maui shouldn’t affect that. it’s street level with not much sunlight and with the balcony facing the back inner yard. inside of front door, and the kitchen tab base are extremely nasty. however, the place is basic clean. The ocean view is great if you walk around the complex consisting of seemingly privately owned apartments. common areas are clearly no nicer than a 6. still it’s an ok place. Additional fees not included in what you see before you book will be at least another 30% if you book for just a few days.

Everything was clean, the kitchen was equipped and everything worked properly.

We had some difficulties the first day but the owner was very responsive and we were very pleased with the outcome. And c’mon, it’s Hawaii! Just walking out to the sea wall where you could snorkel, we saw 3 turtles. It’s truly an awesome location to be able to go right from your apartment. Snorkel Bob’s is 1/2 block away and rentals are quick and reasonable.

The host was very responsive. Communicated code prior to our flight and gave us a phone number in case anything comes up. Very smooth entry to the property, couldn't have been easier than that.

It was nice, lots of items provided with the apartment...

I couldn't find the room at night...if I could have had more specific directions for the rooms in back!!!
