The fotos look like you can sit on the balcony and look at the beautiful empty garden right in front of you. This is misleading. It's a nice and quiet garden, but you can't see it from the balcony and it's used by the whole appartment community and has some furniture and children's toys in it. I would still recommend this place, it's just disappointing when what you see on the foto is not what you get in real life.

Really nice hosts, great location with allocated parking. Air con was quiet, was used during the night to help us sleep.

Nothing to dislike

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was small but responded to every need. Its position is very strategic, considering that the beach is only a few minutes away (Garoupe Beach and Bilionaires' Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the French Riviera). It's located in a residential and quiet area, there are many villas and beautiful single houses, in my opinion the most beautiful zone in Cap d'Antibes. It's great for families and nature lovers since there is a big garden with vegetables and even a chicken coop! Marc, the host, is very kind and always available in case there are any problems; he even gave us a detailed description of the city and the main touristic spots.

Everything was perfect.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We are cycling across France and the apartment was spacious for our bikes. They have an impressive garden with lots of spices and vegetables. Mint growing by the door for a nice mint water. The place was clean and well organized.

There was construction near by, but that will be less noisy once they get to the inside renovation. The area is booming with upgrades,

absolutely fabulous. such a great area, gardens, the apartment terraces. Marc was so helpful and hospitable, always available for our requests and told us many interesting stories about Cap d’Antibes.
