if we had been staying longer we’d have liked a hob for cooking.

the old chandlery is beautiful, cosy and clean. it was perfect

there was nothing I didn’t like. previous reviews mention it was cold but it wasn’t. the under floor heating meant it was very cosy which was great as it was wet and cold outside!

Central, nicely proportioned, very clean and tidy.

Perhaps useful to have information about heating as it was extremely cold at times.

Great location, and great accommodation

Maybe need a heater in living area as felt the heater in kitchen was to small to heat all the accommodation. And also maybe a hand rail to hold on to when entering kitchen area.

The location was beautiful - a lovely historic harbour . Breakfast wasn’t provided but easily bought ourselves.

Well situated, pleasantly decorated and comfortable property in a charming and friendly location.

The location of this property is excellent - right at the Harbourside. The property is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is set up like a studio with a double bed and two comfy armchairs in the same room and then a small kitchen area and shower room up a small flight of stairs. This is an excellent place to stay in Pittenweem for a short stay and can recommend for a single traveller or couple.

If you want to stay for longer, perhaps consider another property as there is limited kitchen facilities (no freestanding cooker/hob for example). Not a problem for shorter stays as the microwave is also an oven and there are local restaurants in the area. Parking right outside the property may also be a problem on some days (eg. bank holidays) but there are parking bays nearby and you are likely to get a space there. There is only a rail for hanging clothes and no wardrobe but really the property is set up for a shorter stay. These things shouldn't put anyone off though as it is a great place to stay.

The character of the property and that it was dog friendly.

Location was good , apartment was nice and clean.

The noise from upstairs banging around , the noise from next doors dog barking on and off all night and the music playing loudly from the other side of the wall. Out of the 3 nights we stayed only got one decent sleep and that was when the other guests in other rooms had left.
