The location is stunning. Great ambiance, right in the heart of pine walk. Staff incredibly helpful. Building beautiful and well maintained.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. Great pillows though! A coffee machine would have been great too. As would beach towels inc, and one extra fan for third room. A surface cleaning product would be a great idea. No one investing in products for 7 days stay, When your eating out too.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space and close to restaurants, beach, bars and water sports.

Broken bins No hot water for two days No cushion for balcony furniture although indicated No welcome pack, which was emailed to cleaning team as suggested. Never appeared although they replied asking property no. Also after several emails to them in reply to info for guests 4 & 5 would not be coming so only 3 guests would be staying. I had to phone on arrival for instructions and was quite sharply told that I had not confirmed my stay.

Identifying the block/building was not easy as it was getting dark. A picture of the frontage would have helped. There was plenty of room and all we needed to self cater. Just some of the furnishing were a little tired.

Location is excellent and the size of the apartment is very good. The rooms are a good size and there are 2 bathrooms which is good.

Arrived at midnight to find apartment not cleaned and sheets not replaced from previous let. Also found the Safe did not work, lights not working in lounge area and tv remote not working properly. All got sorted after I complained but it should have been sorted out before arrival . When the apartment rental was high I expected better.

Location, views, cleanliness, kitchen facilities and washing facilities all great

The beds were shocking, really bad! we couldn't get in on arrival as the lock in the door had ceased. We bought oil to service the lock. The entry door to the main building lock is also worn out and unreliable. We have locked out mainy times. The bathroom radiators need attention they are rusted to the point they need replacing. The shower bracket is broken, so shoots water across the room rather than into the bath. One of the showers was fine.
