great location. real boathouse feel with design and wooden floors. super treat: bread, cheese, wood and chocs. lovely views. will be back again. the bakery within 1min walk is great. kids loved the tv's in each room. decent wine glasses and nepresso machine for living the good life!

The location is amazing!! But not worth the money. Looks amazing in photos and when you arrive, but the longer you stay the more you realize what is wrong. Amazing restaurants and shops in walking distance. The girl that opened and welcomed us was extremely nice and friendly.

A lot of things doesn’t work in the apartment. Oven is extremely dirty and every dish had to be washed before use. The gas was leaking, braai area lights not working and dishwasher also not working. One shower was leaking which results in the carpet smelling terrible. You can’t sleep later than 7pm cause the noice form the people on the lagoon is very loud. So sound proofing isn’t great. Freezer was over frozen so couldn’t really put anything in it. WiFi is extremely slow. Not a midweek long stay breakaway.
