Only good thing was Rooms we’re with AC

Small rooms and not clean, taps were completely in worse conditions. In facilities, they mentioned about electric vehicle charging, but don’t expect that. Looks like old unused house. Complementary breakfast was pathetic.

Room and Cleanliness

Absolutely everything no wifi connection in room, location too far away from city, manager not even courteous enough to offer breakfast on the day of check in because as per him our check in time has not yet started, eventhough we informed him see we have made booking for 2 days but we will be vacating next day itself so atleast serve us the breakfast that you were suppose to serve on the day of check out but he straight away denied. Please stay away from this place you will end up wasting lot of time in searching for a auto rickshaw and even if you get it they may charge you more than double price because this place is way too outside city.

Poor facilities Poor location and hard to reach. Roads are in very poor condition and internally located from main lane Wardrobes are unclean Toilets poorly maintained and water wasn't coming properly in washbasin. Only stuff working was AC. Double bedroom deluxe was worse than triple bedroom. It was a steel cot with thinn bed. I wouldn't recommend any decent family to stay in this property

Location first thing, was in proximity to our places of visit, rooms were quite big, and then they offered plates n all for dining. They were okay to accomodate extra patron, obviously with charge :) Mr Ramalingam arranged vehicles for our local visits. Few things in my opinion that didnt click are listed below.

To start with while we were still an hour or so away from checkin, the facility manager called and mentioned that room is sold out and we were like in middle of nowhere about where to make new booking n all, but then after talking about stern reviews and all, they told they will arrange and we can visit. On duty executive, Ramalingam was humble sort of guy, but appeared to rushing us for checkout, supposedly due to a minister marriage in town!! Another thing, subjective though, they had breakfast included in package but what was on offer was idlis for each, c'mon the item also is called Idli Vada, but offering here was sans of Vada, could be done better.

The bathroom was not clean. Also, the room was not much cleaned. The breakfast provided was not up to the mark.
