This house was nasty. Don't reserve it until the owner/manager has it deep cleaned. There weren't even any fireplace tools for the wood burning fireplace. The manager was informed, did nothing about it.

This house was perfect for our stay in Lexington for the National Horse Show. We had plenty of room and a place to relax, cook, sleep, and do laundry. The backyard and patio were delightful! We appreciated that there were ample supplies of towels and linens. The owner had well stocked the toilet paper and paper towel so we didn't need to replenish during our two-week stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking at home during the stay. The kids LOVED sharing the room with bunk beds. They had games and cards available for us to use. There was plenty of table space for meals with the kitchen table and the dining room table. The neighborhood was darling! The home is located at a bus stop area for one school and so in the morning when we needed to leave for the horse show, we had to navigate a little bit of traffic. Nothing major - just had to be extra cautious. The only challenges that we encountered were that the code given to us for the door was wrong and we had to wait for Brandon to respond to a text. And then the trash pick-up day was the 2nd day we were there. Since we hadn't really cooked yet, we didn't take it out to the curb. Later in the week when we did need to empty the trash to the bin outside, we discovered that it was overflowing. There was no space to put the bag. It would have been nice to arrive at the home with room to add some trash during the week and not have to take an overflowing bin to the curb with someone else's trash.

We stayed here on night (we were going to a concert at Rupp Arena) and it was perfect! Very homey, clean and great patio out back. The fall colors and leaves on the ground were amazing!

Great property. Set up well for a big family. Clean. Everything you could need is provided and well labeled. Nice neighborhood, deck, fenced in yard. Can bring a dog. Very responsive local owner. Super easy check in and check out.

Their was insufficient TP for 5 people. But ther than that it was a fantastic place!

The house was just as described and actually larger than I expected! The neighborhood was great and we could relax and enjoy our stay! The host was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

My family and I stayed here twice within the same week as a layover to and from our final vacation destination. It was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and it worked really great for us. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
