Everything was absolutely fabulous. Paolo was incredibly kind and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean! Excellent location, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the cafe nearby ! To finish we were given some samples of fabulous hair products! What a fantastic place, we hope to return next time we stay in Parma!

Roberto and Paolo provide an excellent bed and breakfast experience. From the quality of the accommodation, to the little bottle of proseco each evening, to the free hair wash and trim, to the advice about where to eat, they exceeded our expectations.

It would be churlish to quibble about anything. Good luck to them both.

A unique concept which is rounded off by an absolutely fantastic and very accommodating host. The rooms are absolutely clean and very stylish and lovingly designed. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul has gone into this place. The location is perfect and close to the city center. An absolute recommendation in Parma. We are looking forward to come back ! :)

Wonderful hosts. Large room with a large comfortable bed. The chilled Prosecco each evening was a nice touch. Coffee and water in the room were replenished daily. Loved our stay!

Probably of the best hotels I have stayed in. Only stayed for a night, but the experience was most enjoyable and unique. The hotel is situated close to the city centre and attractions. The host Paolo was more than a host. He was so polite, informative and attentive. The rooms are on two floors but there are no lifts. However, Paolo did not allow us to raje the luggage and brought them over himself....our room was on the second floor. The rooms are spacious and understand each room is decorated differently. Ours was quite spacious, well ventilated, air conditioned with a king size comfortable bed. There was a nespresso machine two bottles of water and juices all inclusive. The room was exquisite and very clean. Had a great night sleep. We had gone for a walk and on return found a bucket of ice with a prosecco and two bottles of water and some snacks. A very nice gesture for the tired travellers. Breakfast is included but not at the premises. A voucher us provided for nearby restaurant which serves buffet breakfast. If you are planning a night or two in Parma, I would genuinely recommend this place. My wife also got a hair wash and blow-dry done at their beauty salon downstairs. Excellent job.

We were greeted so warmly by Paolo and Roberto! The room was beautiful and the bathroom was amazing!! Their attention to detail was spot on ! And a bag of hair products when we left was the best!! Location was walking distance to everything!

The hosts are great. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. It all makes you wish more places were run by people like Paolo and Roberto. The place is beautifully renovated and squeaky clean. It’s conveniently located at the edge of the city center where everything is at a walking distance without compromising the convenience of getting there with your own car.

Roberto & Paolo are very nice Hosts! We arrived at the latest but even tho they were about to close the Shop - they gave us a very warm welcome on our Honeymoon! The breakfast on sunday was brought to our front door. Also very nice! :)

The place was fantastic Located right off the edge of ZTL there were plenty of blue lined street parking But I chose parking Kennedy about 400m walk from the place it was very secure parking it seals the gate with fullyclosed gate after the car enters Mr. Gozzi warmly welcomed me and reviewed the room and helped my luggages up. His building and rooms were simple classic yet stylish It didn't have refrigerator but when I am back from city tour there were Ice bucket with small sparkling wine and 2bottle of water waiting in front of thre room. Mr. Gozzi runs AVEDA hair saloon on the ground floor of his building he gave me a hair wash and dry for free He is very kind frindly man I will definitely stay at his place if I go back to Parma

Amazing room and exceptional service. I've never been welcomed to a Hotel / B&B with the offer of a complimentary wash and blow dry! My partner was over the moon with the results, and really got our stay off on the right foot. This exceptional level of service continued with aperitivo delivered to the room. The room itself was spacious and a great example of a beautifully modernised old building.

from start to finish our stay at Palazzo Gozzi was exceptional. We chose this hotel for its location and reading previous reviews. Greeted by Paulo who couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly throughout our stay. the owner Roberto was so accommodating. He also runs the hairdressers beneath the hotel. I had a good hair cut here. The breakfast in the morning is in a beautiful Italian cafe that is 1 minute walk away. location is perfect and we had such a great stay. Thank you Palazzo Gozzi.

Cordial reception and friendly service by the very charming host Paolo. Tastefully decorated Palazzo. Airconditioned room. Modern renovated spacious bathroom. Upon arrival, Paolo offered us a free haircut in the beauty salon. Every afternoon, Paolo would bring us an ice cooler with some Prosecco and a small snack. Paolo also provided us with trustworthy recommendations for some fine restaurants in the center of Parma and for a very informative tour to local producers of parmigiana reggiano, prosciutto di Parma and alceto balsamico tradizionale. Even a gift bag upon checkout. All in all a truly lovely experience. Thank you Paolo!

Very nice hosts that provide a great experience. Snacks in the evening, and overall very accommodating. Bed was very large. Place was really cute.
