This place is always great and the owner is always very helpful and communicative if needed. We've stayed here for 10+ days a couple of times.
Nice, clean home, very convenient location to everything. Comfortable beds, professional but laid back owner and very cool artistic personality - as seen in the house itself.

Ryan was very helpful and responded quickly to our emails/texts. It was nice meeting owner. The location was great being only 5 minutes to downtown Colonial Williamsburg. The couch was comfortable & we enjoyed the nice TV watching Netflix in the evening. Kitchen all appliances worked well - we made most of our meals. Well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The large kitchen has retro charm but has all updated appliances/backsplash. (Loved the pine wood cabinets in the kitchen because they reminded me of my grandmother's growing up in Newport News). Ryan has worked hard to update the house inside and out and it shows. He also maintains it with attention to detail. Enjoyed looking at the original artwork inside and the original sculptures outside. The support of local community is obvious. Thankful for the recommendations in the book on the coffee table and from Ryan himself. Neighbors on either side and across the street are friendly. This rental is convenient to everything, clean, and comfortably quiet.

Beautiful property! Fenced-in backyard with lots of sitting options on the deck. Quiet. Pet friendly (a huge plus for me!); and Ryan was easily accessible by phone. The home was well-appointed. I packed a cooler and picnic basket for breakfasts, lunches; but the kitchen was ready for guests...coffee, creamer, etc.; and there was a Food Lion just around the corner for anything else.
Property was located close to restaurants and minutes away from other family who traveled here for a wedding; and a short drive to Jamestown (wedding venue and Jamestown village). I would absolutely check availability here when i visit Williamsburg again!

Perfect in every way, between cleanliness and comfort of beds to how well stocked the home was. We enjoyed being so close to everything and Ryan was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This such a great home-away-from-home to launch all our adventures from! Clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked and we made dinner often. The yard was perfect for our dog and the porch was a delight for mo!ing coffee. All the attractions are nearby and convenient restaurants are aplenty. If we ever vacation in the area again, we will stay here again!

Ryan was a very gracious host! The house was extremely clean and the back yard was fenced in and had a deck for relaxing. The house was stocked with paper goods and basically everything you would need. We would definitely stay again being so close to Colonial Williamsburg and many great restaurants!

We were more than impressed with Ryan's property. Plenty of room for all of us, with a surprisingly large kitchen and deck. The location is just enough removed that there will not be a frat party in your back yard but you could drive to one in 8 minutes flat. Ryan was a great host, very communicative. Would not hesitate to stay there again! Thanks for everything.

Ryan was a great host and his house was perfect! We have stayed in many properties through vrbo and his house felt like home. He has thought of everything you may need to make your trip easy. The house is centrally located to everything Willimasburg has to offer, yet is tucked away so you feel like you are escaping the business of town. Our two small dogs enjoyed the fenced, beautiful backyard. We give him 10/10 and would book again without hesitation! It is extremely clean and and comfortable. Awesome property!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Casita. Ryan was easy to reach and super helpful. The house is eight minutes drive to Williamsburg and the amusement park. We lounged out on the deck after a long day of sightseeing. We watched movies on both TVs. we made lots of memories! If we ever go back, we’ll stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful almost 2 month stay here! Ryan was a super host, helping us in any way we asked! He was very polite and went up and beyond as a host!
We were house hunting to move here from New York. The house was very clean, comfortable, and provided everything you would need to feel at home, including off street parking! The location was perfect for shopping and exploring Williamsburg. We very highly recommend this property! The neighbors were friendly too!

We had a wonderful stay in Ryan’s house. We loved the creative landscaping without and the thoughtfulness of detail within. The privacy of the fenced backyard was a bonus for our dog. Ryan paid great attention to guests’ comfort in planning this vacation rental. The location is close to colonial Williamsburg, dining, and shopping.
We definitely recommend it to others!

This was a very easy place for a "home base." The house was spotless and pleasant. We did suggest to Ryan that "grab bars" in the bathroom would be a comfort. The deck and small back yard were lovely.

The house was immaculate (awesome artwork by local artists and the home owner himself), the location was perfect, and the neighborhood was so quiet - day and night! Not to mention, Ryan is a really good guy.

Ryan’s place was perfect for a trip with our friends and their 3 year old! We loved the eclectic art and unique style. We had a great time listening to music and enjoying the backyard. Thanks Ryan! Next time we are bringing the bikes!

The house was clean and the yard perfect for our small dog. The art work the house has a style we call Day of the Dead which may not be for everyone. We recommended new pillows, emergency kit with bandages (we had a cut) and a coffee maker that has a timer 🤓🤓🐶☕️☕️❤️❤️🇨🇦🇵🇷

The location of this property is beyond amazing. It is central to just about anything one would want to do or see in Williamsburg. The house itself was absolutely perfect for us, our dogs and a stop over visit of our family. Ryan is very accommodating, communicates effectively and has made his property a fantastic place for a vacation. Ryan also was very quick when we encountered a small AC issue during a heat wave. We highly recommend Ryan and the Casita on the Corner. You won't be disappointed. We look forward to staying here again.

15 minutes from Yorktown, Jamestown, and Busch gardens. House was very clean. Great fenced backyard for the dogs. Fyi..next door neighbors have dogs too. House was easy to get to. Not sure of neighborhood but was pretty quiet. We brought blowup mattresses for kids to avoid sharing the bed, enough space for 2. Great outdoor lighting when coming in late, both front and back. Would stay again.
