The home was just as advertised. We enjoyed having a garage to park our vehicle in. We felt very safe and if we are ever in the area again we will be staying there again.

The house is well decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend. We bring our ‘VRBO box’ with us when we stay out of town. This box contains everything we needed to purchase when staying at other houses. We didn’t need to open it even once! We appreciate the communication with the owners. The house is well laid out as well.

We spent a long weekend in St Louis at The Lands. The property was immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Miles and Denise thought of everything! They had recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. The home was immaculately clean and had all the conforts of home. We appreciated the “little things” so much like charging cords, night lights, basic groceries so we didn’t have to immediately make a grocery trip, labeled light switches and little notes about how to run the TVs. The house is within a few minutes of all the major attractions, so location is great. We put our vehicle in the garage each evening and appreciated that option. Thanks so much for hosting us! We highly recommend The Lands to anyone visiting the area.

This property was great for what we needed. It had plenty of bedrooms and beds. It was conveniently located close to downtown where almost all of our activities or events were. House was clean and check-in/out was a breeze. Best part was that the house had pretty mucheverything you would need, this is a huge plus for those cooking meals

This might be my favorite property we have stayed. Great amenities in the home. Great location. Communication with the owners was easy. We found street parking for two vehicles without issue but it was nice to know the garage was an option. This will be our first choice option next time we go through STL!

My family living in Kansas City and Seattle WA came for my grandson's 1st birthday. No one had been able to visit due to Covid and other than facetime on the phone had missed his first year of everything. We thought everyone would want to do other things in St Louis but once they arrived at the "Lands" other than the Luncheon at Maggiano's and his party at Monkey Joe's, family was content to stay and enjoy each other in the most comfortable, thoughtfully plan space we had ever stayed, they even supplied wonderful snacks. I give this home a Five Star review. We had a great time and I will recommend to everyone I know coming to St. Louis this oasis.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! This was a beautiful house and was very clean and nicely decorated. This house met all of our needs and the owner was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely consider this place again if we ever come back to St. Louis!

We had a wonderful time in St. Louis. This house is near everything. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. We also appreciated the snacks left for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we could possibility need. The house was stocked with paper towels, laundry detergent and toilet paper. The garage was also a bonus. The street that this house was on was nice. There were some rougher houses in the area but it was good to see all the construction and renovations taking place.

He also asked if there were enough and made a quick run to the store to purchase more. He was very attentive to our needs and we couldn't be more thankful! All of the extra amenities made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Anything that we may have forgotten, we were able to find in a cabinet or drawer. Before we arrived, I asked if there was a pack n play available and that was all that Denise needed to get one for the house. Miles and Denise go above and beyond for their guests. I've stayed at this property a number of times. It is my first choice when visiting the area. With each visit I'm pleasantly surprised at how the hosts continue to add details and little touches to improve on what I would have already considered excellence. When traveling with my family, safety as well as convenience are top priorities. This property checks both boxes. It is centrally located making it easy to get to all area attractions. Communication with the hosts has always been great. They respond quickly and always seem to have the perfect suggestions. Despite wanting to keep this place my little secret, I cannot recommend a stay here enough.

This stay was excellent. The hosts, Miles and his wife, were always readily available to answer any questions. The house was extra clean and even packed with amenities such as wine and snacks on arrival. Did O mention the house is also super-cute snd the location is convenient to Barnes, SLU and Central West End and Loop. I would recommend this property to anyone.

St. Louis was a perfect halfway point to get together with my adult children. This property was a perfect central location to a lot of attractions. Most were 10 minutes away. The house is great and very roomy. Plenty of items in the kitchen to cook with, all appliances are wonderful. The owners are great and attentive. Will book this again.

Attention to Detail! New updates even from the pictures we initially saw! Super clean! Generous supplies and amenities Parking and garage were a challenge at times. Neighborhood was restricted access, but general area was a bit sketch Great communication and secure property with easy to under stand instructions. Comfortable. 1.5 bathrooms was challenge at times for 5 of us Will DEFINITELY return here!

This property is even better than what the pictures advertise! Miles was very attentive! The home was perfect and clean. Had so many complimentary snacks and even breakfast items in the fridge! Has a security system to make you feel safe and an unattached garage. My family and I would definitely stay here again!
