The location was beautiful, walking distance to the beach. House was beautiful and clean. Towels were big and soft, bed was made well and had good quality sheets on it. The bottle of local wine was a lovely touch.
I would have preferred a heater of some sort in the main bedroom other than just one in the lounge room.

Location was right by the beach and walking distance to some nice restaurants. It was a cute little beach shack.
The shower water was rain and had brown bits coming out so didn’t want to wash my hair in it.

Loved the location and the bush block. On arrival the property looked fantastic and worth the price with a Beaitician mezzanine bedroom and deck and huge bathroom. On further inspection it became obvious it was all about looks, not quality.
The spa bath couldn't be used due to lack of water pressure. The bed was uncomfortable. The BBQ was filthy and smelt. The dishwasher wouldn't take dinner plates and still work, plus it was dirty and I had to clean it thoroughly. The air-conditioning only worked on cold, so no night heating except from a tiny Dimplex which took ages to warm just the dining area. For the price we did expect better.

The property was very comfortable, clean and cosy. The accomodation was very close to the beach and in a beautiful leafy setting. The property owners communication was excellent and we were grateful for them keeping us update regarding flooding in the area. we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, we loved the walk down to the beach and cafe. The house was quiet, cosy and private. We found the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few dinners.
Phone reception in the area isn't great and the property doesn't have WiFi.

Great location, very clean, quiet. We loved the place. One very minor issue, the water is tannin stained and the bath is scary. It is not a health issue just aesthetically unpleasant.

Great view from the bedroom and from the deck off the bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Pleasant private bush setting. Good location for access to the beach and the iconic rocks.

Enjoyed being a close walk to the beach and Cafe. Great spot and lovely quiet holiday house.

The position was perfect.
There were quite a few light globes that didn't work. Especially the back outdoor light for the outdoor access to 2nd bedroom down some steps. Unsafe. Open packets of sugar & tea bags that were mentioned to be for all persons staying in accommodation to use/share after each other. In these times of stricter hygiene I believe this was very poor.

Location close to the beach. The views from the balcony was very nice. Very peaceful and clean.
The second bedroom is outside the house and therefore not suitable for young children. This was not mentioned in the ad. It meant our 3 year old had to sleep with us for the two nights which wasn’t how we saw the stay there playing out. The spa bath took forever to fill (almost an hr) and the water is tank water so it is brown.

Short walk to the beach, and short drives to many of the other beaches in the area. The gardens north of Binalong Bay has many beautiful beaches and coves to explore.

Exactly as advertised. Homely little cottage, clean, neat and close to the beach.
Floors have a slight lean in a couple of areas, probably needs to be re-stumped.
