This hostel boasts a prime location right in front of the Malecon. Guests receive their own set of keys and a fob for elevator access, entry into the premises, and their room. The common areas are spacious and well-lit. My room was equipped with a television, storage space, water, a fully stocked kitchenette, and a bathroom. The hosts were easily reachable via WhatsApp. Although they advised against interacting with the lobby receptionists, I found them to be very friendly and helpful whenever I needed to sign in upon arrival or came in and out of the building. The hostel is conveniently situated within walking distance of an aerovia station, empanada spots, the cacao museum, the artisanal market, and T.T. Okey for delicious chaulafan. Plus, Netflix is available on the television for your downtime, and you're less than a 10 minute uber from the airport.

The amenities were slightly outdated, but everything was functional, which wasn't much of an issue since I spent most of my day exploring on foot. The breakfast was alright, the pieces of defrosted cheese were unfortunately spoiled, I just skipped eaten them as the pastries, fruit, fresh juice, and scrambled eggs were more than enough to fill me up for the morning. Friendly suggestion to keep your curtain blinds closed. On multiple occasions, I noticed folks from the building across the street taking photos and staring into the room, it was every so creepy.

Pepe House Hotel es un lugar práctico y con buena ubicación en la ciudad de Guayaquil; se debe seguir las instrucciones dadas por los operarios para poder tener en orden el ingreso y la salida del lugar. Fueron atentos y resolutivos al solicitar cambios y/u otros requerimientos. Gracias.

Nuestra sugerencia es que utilicen señalización para encontrar el lugar; si bien es cierto, envían la dirección y el detalle completo, pero debimos preguntar para poder ubicarnos en el lugar.

Me gusto todo, aunque no tenía netflix para en la noche, ver alguna película, no necesite, lo hice en youtube, por lo demás todo muy bien. Contento y feliz de haber elegido éste alojamiento, el personal de servicios, muy bien. Los guardias muy amables y bien educados, excelente todo.

Que ofrescan Netflix y no tengan, pero como no necesito, no importo eso, youtube lo reemplazo de mejor manera, así que es irrelevante eso, lo que no me gusta es que te ofrezcan y no cumplan, pero todo lo demás opaco este inconveniente, así que no ofrescan algo que no cumplen.

No me gustó nada jamás pude entrar , irresponsables necesito mi dinero de vuelta .

Es un lindo sitio en el centro de la ciudad. Decoración amigable, habitaciones amplias, bien decoradas. Desayuno bueno.

Por el precio, está bien. La ducha eléctrica funciona bien, las camas no están mal. Pocas opciones de desayuno
