I really liked it. I have been to Blue Mountain several times to different hotels and this has been one of my favorites. Highly recommended.

There was only something that I did not like and that I read in the comments on Google Maps but I did not think it was true 🫣 the bed, it is not how one imagines it, it is very hard or I do not know how to explain but it does not have a pleasant night, we woke up with back pain.

To be honest, I really like the room I've loved The area is really comfortable place. Definitely would plan to come back in the future.

Absolutely loved the layout of the room. It was gorgeous and very spacious. Full kitchen made things even easier for us. Close to all amenities.

The bedsheets had a stain which made is a little uncomfortable, fortunately they did have space bedding in the room so we ended having to change our own bedding... Went to enjoy the hot tub before our 3 hour drive home, got let in, got in the hot tub and then were told us and everyone else enjoying the outdoors had to leave as hey had scheduled maintenance that none of he staff were aware of. A bit disappointing that we went offered any compensation for that part as the pool akd hot tub were included in the price. The one thing that bothered me was that if you have any issues at all you are expected to email thr owner who is not on site and told not to go to the staff as "they can't help you" it's literally written in the book they leave for you. Luckily for us the young lady at the front was very pleasant.

Brought our own food and would like to have had some information in the binder about trails and places to visit while there.

Amazing amazing amazing. Would love to visit again. Great location with outdoor patio as well. Can comfortably sleep four people if two don't mind sleeping on the sofa bed

The throw cover on the sofa was causing us a bit of an itch and I would advise all linens and quilts to be aired after each customer leaves.

This property was in a great location

-interior was very dated and felt unclean

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive! The amenities were fantastic, literally had everything, towels, toiletries, kitchen well stocked, bathroom very clean and lots of storage space. Electric fireplace was pretty to watch and kept the place cozy and comfortable. Deck area was private and comfortable with Muskoka chairs. Close to all shopping, entertainment and very quiet area just to relax and unwind. Perfect space for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

The location was easy to find it, We didn’t have include the breakfast

The first thing that I consider when I want to rest is the quite, The heating was so noisy when it turns on or off, All night we have heard that scaring noisy! There weren’t enough shampoos needed in three days of staying. Another thing is about the sheets, in three days we have the necessary to remove the sheets and there weren’t anyone.
