Hawaiian Village cuenta con una piscina cubierta y al aire libre y un gimnasio para su uso. Este condominio cuenta con un dormitorio con una cama queen y una litera piramidal (una individual sobre una completa) y el segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y una cama doble. La unidad puede ocupar a su familia de hasta 9. También se incluye una sala de estar completa, cocina equipada, lavadora y secadora, wifi y dos lugares de estacionamiento. Este establecimiento alquila de jueves a domingo, de domingos a jueves o semanas completas de jueves a jueves o de domingos a domingo. Los huéspedes suministran sábanas, toallas, jabones y productos de papel. Un paquete de ropa opcional está disponible para esta propiedad. Ropa de cama se entregarán al condominio para su llegada. Loved the condo was a little bit of a walk to the beach for someone with severe arthritis. I personally had to leave after 2 days, but rest of family remained and had a good time.

Condo had a *smell* from the moment we walked inside. We called the management company who offered to provide us with air freshener spray. I had to vacuum the hard floor myself, wipe out the tub full of sand and clean some hairs out of the bathrooms. Overall it was fairly clean, but whoever cleaned it didn’t do a stellar job. Also, BOTH of our assigned parking spots were blocked off due to building construction. We we’re never notified ahead of time. We were able to park on the street as long as the beach wasn’t busy and the management company offered us a credit, but only after we called twice to try and rectify the situation.
We’ve stayed in other units in the same building, managed by the same company and have had better experiences than this. We like the building so much, so we’ll go back.

I was so thankful we found this place! Although it was a bit of a walk to the elevator, it didn't matter to us because we just used the stairs that were right outside our door. It was a nice surprise to find out that the pool access was just across the hallway. As a cleaner myselft, I have a critical eye when it comes to checking for cleanliness...and I was pleased at this place! I appreciate the new bathrooms and clean beds, comfortable matresses too. A few of the under sink cabinet could have been a little more tidy/clean and I wish the new flooring was throughout but I appreciate the improvements that were made. Also, it was great to have a good working vacuum to help keep excess sand tracked in at bay. It was wonderful to have a TV and DVD player in the kids room, made it seem like a separate living area for them! Nice facility, secure building and friendly staff. Overall, it was a great experience and we definitely will be back.

I wanted a nice, clean, quiet place to stay close to the beach for my family and that is exactly what I got. This condo is located just above the parking garage so I never had to worry about the heavy walkers in my family disturbing neighbors, and any traffic sounds from outside were minimal and not noticed unless you were trying to listen. The condo had everything we needed, pots and pans, dish ware, it was all there. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. Property was very clean and well kept. Location was great. The apartment was perfect exactly what was advertised. The front porch wrapped all around the apartment. Only small issue was that we weren’t allowed to use the fitness room. Beach walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We love this location. The apartment is large and has everything we need. The mattresses could use updating and maybe curtains instead of blinds to block light. Aside from that we have nothing to complain about. The other tenants are lovely and we hope to be back again!

This property was better than we anticipated. The space is large and had plenty of room for our group. We were in town for a funeral so just wanted a place that we could all be together without having to rent several hotel rooms. This spot was perfect. We had a small snafu when we first arrived but the after hours number was readily available and it was cleared up quickly. Easy walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants around. Everything you could need was there. It was off season so some places are closed. Beds aren’t that comfortable but all in all the condo was good. We had two power outages in the middle of the night, which I don’t think was the fault of the building owners but maybe a transformer went out or something, it came back on but the furnace didn’t kick back on until morning so we woke up pretty chilly. Condo was really great for our needs and we would rent it again. We liked it.

Very nice place to stay. Normally I would stay up closer to the boardwalk, but I have no complaints and would stay there again. The condo was clean has nice furnishing, very welcoming.

Property was great, nice location, beautifully decorated, looks just like the pictures. My only complaints are the carpets could have been cleaner a lot of stains, could use a good shampooing , my only other complaint is it would have been nice to know where the luggage carts were located, there’s no one there to ask, we found them later after we carried all our stuff up to the room.

We enjoyed the cozy beach themed condo. The general layout of the condo and beds were comfortable. The kitchen came in handy too. The unit had a very homely and welcoming feel to it. We enjoyed it. There are also plenty of board games stocked up for families to enjoy.
The location is good with a short walk to the beach , with partial view of the ocean. The location also worked out better fewer crowds on the beach compared to other parts of the city.
Even though there was street noise when sitting on the open rounded balcony, it felt welcoming (coming from the quiet suburbs). One can even spot the lighthouse sitting on the blue central couch. :)
Also, the unit is right across the pool & fitness center (which not sure we had access to). Kids did enjoy one trip to the pool, but would have enjoyed the outside pool better which isn’t open yet (as in mid May).
What could have been better is having paper towels, TP, few other supplies, and linen included. It seemed silly packing toilet paper, hand soap, and such. Once we bought the linen package, we had to go through the drill of putting on the sheets, and removing them before leaving, etc.
The condo did have hand sanitizers, and house cleaning supplies (including disinfecting wipes, etc.) Also please note that the other units seem to be under renovation.. it didn’t bother us, but didn’t seem welcoming when we were in the lobby.
Otherwise, the condo was great.
The management on call was clear and helpful with any questions we had.

Stayed there in the off season for a quick golf trip. Sun-Thur rental availability was perfect for us. Easy parking and access to beach. Very nice two-bedroom with everything we needed for two adults and two teenagers.
