zuerst einmal zu unserer Gastgeberin. Encarni ist eine äusserst nette, freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Person, einfach toll. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage und man fühlt sich absolut sicher und gut aufgehoben. Ein separater Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört zu der Unterkunft und ist sehr praktisch, die Wohnung per Lift erreichbar. Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Badutensilien sind im Überfluss vorhanden. Wir haben uns drei Wochen im Januar sehr wohlgefühlt. Heizung per Klima funktioniert einwandfrei. TV im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, Smart TV mit sehr gutem WLan. Falls wir wieder für längere Zeit nach Spanien kommen wäre diese Unterkunft unsere erste Adresse. Vielen lieben Dank an unsere Vermieterin.

Zu dieser Jahreszeit auf dem Balkon leider nur Morgensonne bis ca. 10.30 Uhr. Das ist zwar Jammern auf hohem Niveau denn in Sommer ist das wahrscheinlich ein unschätzbarer Vorteil bei sehr hohen Temperaturen.

La cercanía y sobre todo la atención recibida desde el primer momento de la dueña del alojamiento, una bellísima persona. El alojamiento con muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y sobre todo de lugares turísticos.

Del alojamiento no hay nada que objetar, quizá le faltaría algún supermercado más grande pero con los que hay por la zona te bastan.

I can honestly say that this great apartment is the best one that we have booked for years. Hostess is very friendly, communicable and helpful, with good English. Apartment is clean, cozy and very comfortable. We had everything needed in the bathroom, even toothbrush. The bed and pillows are made for sweet dreams. Kitchen is equipped with all staff needed. There are lots of dishware. The apartment located in 10 minutes turtle style walk from the beach and restaurants. Cherry on the cake - the underground garage that allowed us not to be cooked in the oven during hot days.

This apartment has everything and more than one could want for an enjoyable stay . It is immaculate , has all mod cons and beautifully decorated .Encarni is a fantastic and helpful host . She was there to meet us , showed us how everything worked and even brought us to the local restaurant area . It’s 8 mins walk to restaurants , beach and bus stop . There’s a frequent bus to Almeria for a couple of euro . We had a fab holiday and can’t wait to return . We give 11 out of 10 and a big thank you to Encarni too

This property was extremely well presented by a very pleasant couple so much so that they even provide toothbrush in case you need it. This couple Go over and above what is normally provided in a rental apartment. You could just literally move in with just your personal clothing. All the furnishings are to a very high standard!Extremely clean apartment. Only 10 minutes to the beach. I fell in Love with El Toyo! Would love to come back. Highly recommended!

The apartment was immaculately clean. It is modern and well-equipped in a secure complex. Perfect for two people. Our host was extremely helpful in helping us find our way around.

The outdoor swimming pool was not in use in April.

Everything was in great order
