Our party of 12 enjoyed every minute at Casa Perla! We were 6 adult couples, and the home accommodated us all perfectly. Plenty of space to be all together, and quiet areas too. Andrea our concierge, was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She worked tirelessly with me to plan the perfect trip for our group, from the activities, transportation, and the dining reservations. She even grocery shopped for us. A huge thank you to Diana and Brenda, the house staff, who are so kind, offering to do our laundry, and making us the most delicious Costa Rican breakfasts! They even made us drinks and the most wonderful treats during the day. The home was always clean. The location of Casa Perla is perfect. It's just a short walk to town or the Langosta beach club. Many fun hours spent in the pool, or sitting at the perch admiring the amazing view. The sunsets are spectacular and the weather perfect. This is our second visit to Casa Perla. Get your family or friends and plan a trip, you won't regret it.

There was nothing we didn't love about our stay at Casa Perla! It was a very successful and delightful family vacation for us largely because the house worked so beautifully; with everyone having their own bed and bath, a good layout, terrific pool area and beach access. The house staff spoiled us with delicious breakfasts each morning, and took great care of us! The ladies really seemed to enjoy our family - especially the kids! We enjoyed catered dinners from local chefs and from Chef Frank; both experiences were delicious. And we enjoyed the food truck court - an easy and casual way to pick up dinner. We particularly enjoyed the estuary tour, Cala Luna Spa, Altos de Eros Spa, Lola's on the Beach, and the Rio Celest Tour. A golf cart rental is a must, and so much fun! And all of this was made easy due to Andrea's efforts; she was key to making things happen. She was lovely - always receptive and eager to help. We would love to visit again!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Casa Perla! The location was perfect, the rooms and living areas were spacious and always clean and you could not beat the pool and outdoor area. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we felt so well taken care of by Andrea, Glenda and Diana. We were 6 couples and one couple had a 7 month old baby. They had everything set up and ready for the baby and took great care of us. The breakfasts every morning were spectacular and a few nights we had Sanda come in and cook us dinner (local chef) and it was incredible and SO worth it. They even packed up the left overs which was great for pool side snacking the next day. We wish we did more Sandra dinners! Andrea took amazing care of us. Everything from airport transfers to excursion bookings, golf cart rentals and dinner bookings went so smoothly. On top of that, she was always checking in to see how things went and if there was an issue, she was making sure it was taken care of. The ice machine wasn't working and within 15 minutes there was someone there to look at it and he also brought us back up ice! We would go back to Casa Perla in a heartbeat. An incredible place taken care of by incredible people. I wish I could give it more stars. Thank you for everything!!

Andrea the property manager is brilliant! Thirteen people had a glorious time at Casa Perla. The two wonderful cooks made the most delicious breakfast every morning. Our every need was taken care of - Laundry, excursions, food, everything was perfect.

Wow! This property and staff are top notch. Our group of 12 adult friends would 1000% stay at this house again. The communication with the concierge, Andrea, was perfect from the onset. She was very quick to respond, always there to take care of our needs and made sure we had everything to make our stay easy. She even sent an itinerary prior to our trip to make sure we had all information close at hand. Sadly, Andrea was on a vacation herself when we arrived, but Pablo filled in for her seamlessly. Pablo sent us messages daily reminding us of our upcoming excursions and checking to make sure that past reservations met our needs.
The house is beautiful and just as described and pictured. It was very clean, up to date and spacious for our large group. The location of the house was ideal, not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough to be in the center of town quickly. Although the "beach" in front of the house is rocky, there is a sandy walking path that will quickly get you to several restaurants, bars, and the town of Tamarindo.
Probably the best part of the house/trip was Glenda and Diane. They were the ladies that we saw every day and kept the house in tip top shape. They made us breakfast daily and man was it good. They also cleaned the house, made our beds and even washed our laundry. To say they pampered us is an understatement. We would definitely stay in this house again. Thank you to all who made our stay PERFECT!!

Our group of 10, four adults and six teenagers had a great week staying at this villa. Andrea, your personal concierge, worked with us from booking through check out to ensure our vacation met all our needs. She offered suggestions on activities, confirmed bookings and summarized everything leading up to check-in. The daily breakfast and house cleaning was a huge bonus for this villa! The staff was so friendly and very accommodating to dietary restrictions, etc. All in all, we are very happy booking this rental and would book again.

Casa Perla is absolutely beautiful in every way!!! We loved the property in the photos but when we walked in, it was even better. We had a group of ten adults for our bi-annual group trip. It was very spacious and we never felt crowded. The view from the pool was majestic and we enjoyed what we called "The Point" each day with our morning coffee.
Andrea Hidalgo was WONDERFUL to work with. She contacted us to setup reservations for dinner, activities, etc... and every recommendation she made was phenomenal. She was like our own personal concierge that understood the type of places we would want. She arranged transport for each activity and reservation which was so helpful. We also rented golf carts which was great for transport around the town of Tamarindo.
We had access to the Langosta Beach Club which was a five minute golf cart ride or a ten minute walk on the beach. This was great because it felt like a resort experience even though we rented a house.
The other great bonus was the ladies of the house, Glenda and Diana, they were FANTASTIC. They came in every morning to make us breakfast, later in the day they would make us drinks and even cleaned our rooms and changed the towels. This was so helpful and allowed us to focus on having fun instead of spending time cleaning. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. They were there if you needed them and gone when we wanted privacy with our friends.
We always choose a different destination for each group trip and Casa Perla had us wishing to come back again. We all would highly recommend Casa Perla, Andrea, and the whole team with Tamarindo Luxury Villas!!! First class service and location. Thank you and Pura Vida!

The house is wonderful as were the ladies that take care of it. The make you a wonderful breakfast in the morning and keep the house perfectly clean. Andrea is the concierge for the property and is fantastic. We were in contact with her prior to our arrival and she made sure everything was taken care of when we got there. In addition, she was available during our entire stay and helped us with any changes and/or additions we had while we were there. We have been to this area before and I suggest that you rent a golf cart, or a car and have it delivered to the house on your arrival. It helps if you want to go into to town or visit some of the surrounding areas. Pura Vida !

The house was beautiful and felt very new. The community felt very safe. One of the best things was to wake up to the friendly house keepers that cooked delicious breakfast every morning.

For our 50th Anniversary the vacation home for our family of 8 adults & 10 kids had to be special. Casa Perla was that special place!
Andrea Hidalgo from Tamarindo Luxury Villas was our “guardian angel.” She was always pleasant & upbeat. She gave us suggestions for things to do & restaurants, & every recommendation was spot-on.
The photos do not do Casa Perla justice. Everything is perfect!
The grandkids spent hours in the swimming pool & hot tub. We could walk right out our gate to the ocean.
We had access to the Langosta Beach Club that was a short walk from Casa Perla. The Beach Club gave us really good “kid’s food” & “big people drinks.” It has a nice pool & a great beach. Being served food & drinks as we sat in a poolside cabana made us feel like we were in a resort although we were only 5 minutes from home.
The staff at Casa Perla, Glenda, Diana, Brenda, and Carlos were fantastic. They made amazing breakfasts for us & cleaned the house.
The adults had Costa Rican breakfasts, while the kids had pancakes, bacon, & Smoothies. My 10-year-old granddaughter was to go on a scuba trip. That morning, she asked to stay home because she did not want to miss breakfast! That says it all.
We left our shoes outside the house because they were full of mud after our ATV trip. In the morning, the shoes were completely clean, & looked brand new! I have no idea how they did it!
We highly recommend Casa Perla & Andrea & Tamarindo Luxury.

We loved the house, the house staff (Glenda, Diana and Brenda), the pool guy and our concierge Andrea. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and served with wonderful and cheerful smiles. By far, the best family stay of any house we have rented. It was very hard to leave.

Our family group of 15 had such a good time there. It was convenient, immaculate, and roomy. Andrea was responsive and helpful every time we asked somthing of her. The included breakfasts were wonderful.

I want to thank Andrea, the property manager, for her professionalism and close attention to detail. She is very responsive to any and every question and goes out of her way to make your stay perfect. Glenda and Diana, the 2 housekeepers/breakfast makers/launderers are perfectly lovely and were such a treat to have! They kept the house very clean, especially with our party of 9, which is not always easy! The location of Casa Perla is perfect too! You walk right down the steps to a gorgeous beach and having access to the Langosta Beach Club is key!! The house is close enough yet far enough from the town center of Tamarindo. In fact, it is in walking distance and we actually returned our rental car and only used the golf carts that we rented! You may never want to leave the serenity of the infinity edge pool and spa though...I highly recommend this house in this beautiful gated community!

Our trip started a while back, connecting with Andrea and setting our schedule for the week.
We were given lots of options of things to do, places to go, restaurants to try.
None of which fell short of amazing! Our family had not all been together since pre-covid and were really looking forward to spending some time together. This home was perfect for this, it had great communal areas, as well as the ability to break away, just have some quiet and read a book or have a coffee/drink.
The area is set just far enough away from town that you dont feel it but close enough you are able to enjoy it all.
You can short cut down the back stairs to the beach and go along the beach or hop on the road and be in town in minutes.
The pool was perfect, outdoor area for grilling, drinks, reading, the bluff was a favorite in the morning and at night.
Sunsets were amazing right around the corner or further up the beach. Diana & Glenda were an added bonus, taking care of coffee, breakfast, keeping us with fresh towels, etc. super friendly!!
We did a sunset Catamaran trip, a spa day, ziplining, off shore fishing trip, all were amazing and unforgettable!
Our restaurant choices were Pangas for sunset, La Pachangas, La Bocas, and we visited the Playa Langosta Beach Club on a regular basis for snacks and drinks.
Definitely suggest a sunset massage on the beach too.
Everyones needs were met, everyone smiled until the end.
Tamarindo is an awesome little town to visit and the surrounding area is well worth exploring!!

We rented this house for a 40th birthday party and had a total of 5 couples. This was THE PERFECT HOUSE for our group! The house is big and spacious with everyone having their own King size bed and bathrooms in their rooms. There is a 6th room but we had a couple that had to back out last minute so this place EASILY fits 12 people. The backyard with the pool and short path to the "perch" area is spectacular! The early morning risers were outside enjoying their coffee at the perch rested above the beach. Some folks went on morning walks/runs and there is an easy stair path to get down to the beach from the back of the property. I was originally thinking we would have to golf cart or get to the beach another way but not at all... the back of this house has great access to the beach. Our concierge Andrea was AMAZING and the maids that made breakfast every morning and tidied up the house were fantastic! They even did your laundry for you if it was laying on the floor! I can't say enough about Costa Rica and our experience at this house... it was an EPIC trip and this home was a big contributing factor to our experience! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING TAMARINDO (and rent a golf cart and you can take it anywhere)! We'll be back!

Amazing house in the perfect location
We had the most wonderful time at Casa Perla. This was our 4th visit to Tamarindo, but the first time staying in this house. It was nothing short of perfection. The house is beautiful and just steps to the beach. There were 17 of us aged 60 to 8. It was perfect for all of us. Andrea helped set up all of our activities and was available all week for any questions. The lovely housekeepers came each day and cooked breakfast. They were so kind and the food was delicious. We felt truly spoiled every day. The house is in the perfect location for people to come and go from town or the beach. You can walk or have Andrea set up golf carts. Each afternoon we all ended up in the beautiful pool overlooking the beach. We started our days with coffee in the chairs out on the point. Truly perfection! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer. It was the perfect vacation. We can’t wait to go back.

We weren’t scheduled to check out until 10am, and by 830am there was a houseful of people starting to clean and cause commotion. Next time, I would just make it clear that we want our time until 10 to enjoy coffee and the pool in peace. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was great. We will definitely be back!

The breakfasts were fantastic including pancakes, homemade tortillas, fresh salsa and guacamole, scrambled eggs, rice and beans , large platters with an array of fresh fruit, bacon and sausage, cheese and even watermelon juice! The villa was kept spotless. We always had fresh towels.
Pool service was done regularly. The entire staff was so commendable!
Location was wonderful. The kids enjoyed investigating the tide pools. It was a short walk to the Langosta Beach Club to enjoy the beach chairs, drinks and food.
Two in our group went for a 2 dive excursion for fair diving. We did the estuary boat tour and seen a few crocodiles. We spent a whole day at Buena Vista Del Rincon adventure park. We had a fantastic time with zip lines, hanging garden bridges, horseback riding, thermal pools, a cultural tour and the long water slide. The night green turtle tour was another great experience. We viewed the female turtle tracks from the ocean up the beach, a turtle digging a hole and another laying eggs and even 2 newly hatched babies scurrying down to the ocean!
We were delighted to view 2 different bioluminescences at night. One presented in a bright blue light along the edge of incoming waves and the other was at high tide on the edge of the beach. You could pick up the little blue sparkles in your hand from the sand!
We have wonderful memories of our stay at Casa Perla!

I HIGHLY recommend staying at Casa Perla! We didn’t know what we were in for when we booked this house but let me tell you it was nothing shy of amazing! Our personal concierge Andrea was outstanding. Our group ranged from ages 1-65 years old. She helped us set up all our excursions and reservations for dinner. She helped us set up a personal chef to come cook for us one night at the house. On top of that, we had our own personal crew to make breakfast each morning and keep the house maintained. Glenda and Diana were amazing and so friendly and accommodating. They made traditional Costa Rican breakfasts each morning along with pancakes and waffles for the picky eater kids. We had fresh fruit cut up every morning. They even washed our clothes and our shoes after some muddy excursions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend booking this home. The home is absolutely and stunningly beautiful inside and out. The property was in an amazing location. We had golf cart rentals all week so we didn’t need to call a taxi. Andrea set up the excursions to pick us up at the house directly. There were monkeys everywhere! We even had a monkey visit us in our driveway one morning which was awesome for everyone to see. It was definitely a trip to remember!

The pictures on the website can not compare to actual natural beauty of the ocean views and the elegance of the Villa. Our group of 12 adults were spoiled by Diana, Glenda and Andrea. Our group was anxious and excited to stay at Casa Perla based on the fact that it was a new beach front property. The pictures on the website can not compare to actual natural beauty of the ocean views and the elegance of the Villa. Our group of 12 adults were spoiled by Diana, Glenda and Andrea. The home is very spacious with a infinity swimming pool and spa found in five star resorts. My thanks to Brian for making all this happen

From the minute we secured the rental, everything was perfect. Andrea helped me plan a family trip that will be remembered for a lifetime!! She helped me plan everything including a zipline and horseback riding day adventure, sunset catamaran day trip, deep sea fishing trip for the guys and scheduling all of the chef prepared dinners and dinner reservations. Sandra was our selected chef for in home meals, and she was spectacular!! Everything she prepared was absolutely delicious! Casa Perla was more than you can imagine, so so beautiful! It was 1st class in every way, including the most cozy and comfortable beds, sheets, and pillows! We will for sure be back, our family did not want to leave this very special spot!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
From the minute we secured the rental, everything was perfect. Andrea helped me plan a family trip that will be remembered for a lifetime!! Stunning home with the most beautiful views
We had an amazing time staying at this property! Most of the time was spent outside soaking up the sun & breathtaking views of the water and beachside. The inside was designed beautifully, but also super comfortable to relax on a much needed trip. I would highly recommend this home to any group.

Amazing experience!
Our stay at Casa Perla was amazing. The home is completely outfitted and sits right on the most private part of the beach in Playa Tamarindo. Whoever decorated the home has quite an eye for detail and the gourmet kitchen plus BBQ was out to good use daily! The swimming pool and covered terrace were a highlight as well, of course, and we spent hours outside lounging and listening to music. A 5 star experience!
