The decor is lovely, and the space was clean and well-organized, the sheets and towels were new and soft. The kitchen is equipped and has the necessary utensils to prepare meals. The location is ideal, as it is very close to the beach. The building's gym and pool are fantastic amenities, and the free parking in the building is definitely a major advantage. The owner provided all the essential information to access the apartment beforehand. Additionally, the owner was kind enough to allow us to extend our check-out by an additional 2 hours.

Unfortunately, our stay had some inconveniences that impacted our experience. The building was facing issues with the central air conditioning, and to address this, a truck was placed right in front of the apartment to provide cooling. The constant noise from this makeshift generator made it difficult to rest or relax, especially at night, hampering our sleep quality and rendering the balcony unusable due to excessive noise. We were surprised to find that the truck was already there before our arrival, prompting us to question why the owner didn't inform us beforehand about this condition. We might have chosen to cancel the reservation at no cost and seek a more suitable accommodation alternative or we could maintain the reservation with awareness of this issue. Furthermore, other issues emerged as well. Although the reservation was made for four people, there weren't enough dishes for everyone, and the tableware was incomplete. The provided beach umbrella was broken, which we discovered when attempting to use it on the beach, and the cooler was made of styrofoam and damaged, very different from what was depicted in the website photos. Additionally, the room lacked proper blackout curtains, resulting in an overly bright environment at dawn, affecting our rest. We reported these problems to the owner on the first day of our stay, and while they apologized, unfortunately, nothing was resolved during the four days we spent there.

The location

The host does not respond whatsapp, they charge a 40 usd for check in on the lobby that is not stipulated in booking terms. When we booked, I ask to the host if we can do early check in or leave our baggage in the lobby, he told us it can be okay if the apartment is ready, we arrived 1.5 hour early and he answered in a very rude manner after we attempted calling a few times. Overall very unresponsive and disappointing host.

There were problems with the air conditioning, it failed several times and the room felt hot due to the fan is not equal to the aa. The bed could be better I suggest a queen size bed and better pillows because the room has enough space.

We had a great time at the apartment ... a nice spacious condo, just steps from a beautiful white sand beach and a lovely park and kids play area at the front of the property. The apartment is well maintained and well equipped and the host was very accommodating and on top of things. Would definitely recommend it.
