We found the property was in a great location, beautiful view, but there were many issues that need to be dealt with.
All of the couches, and the chaise in the master bedroom were filthy and stained need to be cleaned or replaced.
The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, it is worn out!
The second bedroom mattress was not great and we feel it was a double not a queen size bed.
We had a hard time getting into the condo and had to get another code so maybe an alternate code should be listed as well.
If there are two couples staying, it would be nice to have access to visitor parking for the other vehicle instead of having to pay on the street.
I feel perhaps the cleaning stuff is not very good as the glass coffee table top was not cleaned. The floors were not cleaned.
The dishwasher did not seem to completely clean the dishes, maybe an instruction manual would be helpful as well as with the stove. The stove bottom drawer was stuck as well, could not open it. No sink stoppers in the kitchen sink.

Enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It was well appointed, the view is spectacular, and we love this area of the city—close to loads of food options. The host was excellent to deal with on all accounts.

Everything was perfect except the pullout couch. Very uncomfortable. Possibly. A removable foam mattress could be stored in suite when couch is required. Otherwise, do not advertise sleeps 6. Ideal for 4.

This condo is lovely. The view from the balcony let’s you watch boats cruising the lake, the sunset and just chilling. The unit is bright and airy and comfortable. At the end of a day sightseeing it was a wonderful place to put up our feet and rest on the couches. The location is perfect as are the building amenities. This was our best visit yet thanks to this condo. We will be back. Thank you Lindsey.

We had a terrific time in Kelowna. The Sunset waterfront unit is as per the listing. It’s well appointed, roomy, light and bright. We look forward to returning.

Great stay here. Location was excellent. Suite was very clean. Only downside is that the 2nd bedroom is listed as a queen, when it is actually a double. Needs to have a bedside lamp in the 2nd bedroom, but Lindsay says she is going to address that.
Will definitely stay again.

Communication was excellent, beautiful view & comfy beds, kitchen amenities were good however I travel a lot & have certain expectations. There were hardly any hangers for clothes, one blow dryer for 2 bathrooms, missing deck cushions made it hard to enjoy the patio, one key fob to share amongst everyone, no umbrellas at the pool, only one of two elevators was working for the entire week we were there. You have a long way to walk to the beach so would not recommend if you have small kids to tow as it’s not convenient from the building.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was spotless and roomy for our needs. The location is great! Lindsay the property manager is excellent! She communicates very quickly and wonderful to work with.

We have stayed in this complex before but Lindsey's unit was very nice with a million dollar view. Place is fully equipped and very comfortable. Totally enjoyed the stay .Will be back

The location truly can’t be beat, everything in downtown Kelowna was just a few minutes walk away, including the beach and cultural district. The hosts made the check in/check out process a breeze, and when I needed to change my check in time they were responsive and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

This condo is cute and has a great view. The entire property is very well kept. Great location. Close to beach and restaurants. I give it 4 starts only because I personally think it’s needs to be better equipped with more dishes, a real drip coffee maker, Tupperware and things like spices and foil paper etc. I did have to go out and buy a bunch of extra things.

Our check-in experience wasn’t the smoothest, to say the least. I hadn’t received any info about when I’d get the gate code and it was less than an hour till check-in, so I was getting nervous. I called the host and left a voice mail. At 2:23pm I finally got an email with check in instructions, so after killing time all day we drove to the location. At this time it was about 2:45pm, the host seemed very surprised we were there that early but allowed us to go up to the room. Upon entry, the cleaner was still there. We left our bags and she told us to come back after 3:10pm, which we thought was odd because check in time was officially set for 3pm. We gave her some time then came back up after 3pm and she was still there. It was pretty uncomfortable for us. She finally left around 3:25pm. The rest of our stay was nice - great location, lovely condo and balcony. I only wish there was more communication in the beginning so we weren’t worried/uncomfortable and felt more welcomed, such as knowing exactly when we’d receive the check-in info and maybe a heads up that the cleaner would be there right up until 3pm, but like I said she was there much past 3pm which was pretty awkward.
