The best feature of the hotel is it's location - close to Esaka station. There are lots of eateries nearby. The room was cleaned well
Room was tiny, and it was a contortionist act to use the bathroom, even for people below average height. Breakfast was served at a nearby cafe but this meant having to leave the hotel. There is no on-site laundromat. There is one nearby, but it is not well maintained, (some machines were out of order) so getting clothes washed is a chore, and very much hit-and-miss. The instructions are only in Japanese

駅近いし食事、買い物なんでもできる。効率的に行動できる。
ベットが少し小さくしてもらい部屋を少し広く使えたらよかったかな。

全室、禁煙なのがよかったです。
緑茶、コーヒー、オリジナルのペットボトルの水が用意してくれてあって嬉しかったです。

Great location right next to the station. Perfect if you’re on a business trip in the area. Bed was comfy as well.
Very small room but expected from this kind of business hotel. A bit noisy at night since the corridor is located outdoor and not enclosed with walls, you can hear some wannabes street racers driving on the Main Street in the evening.

It was a compact room but I expected it to be so. The room was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Very convenient location too.

well located near subway station but the tracks and highway nearby were quite noisy from our room facing that side
found our room quite noisy from street and train traffic and the room was too warm without AC

It's just a few minutes away from Esaka station gate 8. Easy access to downtown Osaka. The hotel has a video machine and microwave oven on the main floor and two large restrooms and a smoke room.
The size of the room was small. The shower room was also small. If the room was two times the size then it would be worth staying at this hotel.
