My husband, myself, and my adult daughter spent five nights at this condo. It had everything we could possibly need and the furnishings and decor were very attractive. There was also a very nice balcony that had a lovely view of the water. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of construction so that Made us stay inside more than we would’ve liked because it was often too noisy to be on the balcony. And unfortunately, while we were there, it was Landscaping day, and that went on for the entire morning. But the grounds are immaculate. The area is quite good for getting to the different beaches to snorkel, and we did a drift snorkel from Captain Marvins one day and that was convenient too.

We have been to Cayman quite often and this is the best place we have ever stayed. The home is beautifully furnished, well taken care of, very clean and the master bed as well as the furniture was so comfortable. The home is well stocked with all the kitchen necessities (including appliances,/seasonings) that you could need - including paper towels, trash bags, dish soap & cleaners- and plenty of bath and beach towels are provided. The pool area is lovely and cleaned on a regular basis. We are avid scuba divers and the location is terrific for driving to various shore dive places, Macabuca, Lighthouse Pointe, Eden Rock, Sunset House, as well as to the Cemetery Beach dock for our boat dives. Their location in West Bay keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile or Georgetown, but you are conveniently close to go to those areas by car. There is construction going on next door and that is everywhere around the island but inside the condo, you cannot hear anything. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

We have been to Cayman 16 times and this is now our favorite home to stay at. The home itself is over stocked with plates, cups, bowls, coolers, beach equipment, etc. Nice appliances, including a ninja blender. I've never stayed at a beach house with this nice of furniture. The home is very clean, and you can tell the owner loves this place. Moreover, never have we stayed at a place with this comfortable of a bed. We love the west bay area for diving. A car is a must.
As far as the shore dive there, its a bit of work to put the ladder in and go rent tanks. But, was nice to have the dive site to ourselves.
Duncan responding very quickly and was easy to get ahold of. We can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had the most wonderful weeklong stay at this home. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. He was so helpful, available and kind. The home itself was among my favorite rentals we have ever stayed in. So well stocked with things like soap, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc. Just those basic things you really don’t want to have to go buy while on vacation. He has tuns of towels, extra snorkeling stuff, tennis rackets etc. everything seems new and up to date. Perfectly clean too. The pool was nice and very few (but friendly) people were around.
We chose to come to Cayman bc of scuba/snorkeling so The best part about this place is you can literally just jump out by the ocean and scuba or snorkel! It was beautiful and we spend almost every morning doing that.
This was our first trip here so we spent one day exploring and driving around the whole island. And in our opinion this condos location is the best of the whole place. (Unless your just wanting a nice beachfront, then do 7 mile beach) it’s location was an easy distance to all the best stuff. Beautiful sunsets. There is definitely construction going on as the owner stated but you cannot hear from inside the condo. But there is literally construction all over the island right now.
Book this place, you’ll be glad you did!

This condo is perfect …we couldn’t have asked for more! Unit was clean, quiet and very well appointed.Plenty of extras like beach chairs, towels, cooler and floats..Duncan was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We loved watching the sunset from the property and the pool was great. We will definitely be returning !!

Wonderful place to spend time while
In Grand Cayman. Nice, clean and well appointed place with all the amenities. If you forget to pick up an island guide at the airport, no worries. The host has one at the property. The host has also taken the time to provide his own personal information sharing tips on how to make good use of your time.
There host was accessible and responsive for an issue that arose during our stay. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit. Chose this location for your stay and you will not be disappointed.

Our unit was great. You got what was described in the listing. The owner Duncan was easy to reach & always helpful. The complex was never crowded because the is only 18 units. Great views & nice pool.

My husband, 12 year old daughter, and I very much enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed, and the snorkeling right off the back was some of the best in the area. Duncan was incredibly helpful both before and during our trip, in terms of quickly answering questions. I understand why this condo is so highly rated on Vrbo. I can highly recommend it to others, and hope I am able to rent it again myself in the future!

This VRBO was simply perfect. All the comforts of home and listing is humbly accurate. The information given was helpful! Great location for divers and non divers alike. Ability to shore dive on the property. Also the sunset view is the best on the island! A rare find and reasonably priced. Cannot say enough about this property.

Our family spent 5 nights at this amazing condo and could not have wished for a better experience. Duncan provided great information ahead of time, the beds were very comfy, condo was VERY clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc.
While there is construction next door, which we knew about ahead and time, it did not bother us!
We loved it so much we already looked to book it for another upcoming trip but sadly the condo is already booked that week.
Thanks again Duncan! You truly have a special place on the island!

Wonderful stay, clean, well stocked, wanted for nothing but more time. Beautiful sunsets, nice pool and the people are so warm and welcoming. Everything about this property is top notch. The location is great for enjoying everything Grand Cayman has to offer including snorkeling and diving right out in front of the condo. The view from the deck is great and the swimming pool is enormous. There are only 12 units in the whole development so there are hardly any other people and things are very quiet. The owners also did not spare any expense on the interior of the unit as the beds, linens, towels etc. were of the upmost quality. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bonnie’s Arch 302. The place was immaculate, very comfortable, and had everything we needed including all the items for beach trips (cooler, chairs, umbrella). The kids loved the pool and loved snorkeling right out back. The ladder was easy to get in and my 9 year old had no problem getting in and out of the ocean. Great location- more laid back and quiet for sure!

This property was in a great location with snorkeling right off the property. Restaurants close by. The property is very clean and managed well. The unit is amazing. It is outfitted with anything you might need from a bandage to pots and pan, utensils and even spices. Duncan wants to make sure you have the best experience. He took alot of time to give you tips on what's in the area. We could not have asked for anything else. Sunsets were amazing.... Watched the sun set on the balcony. It was perfect! There is construction going on next door however that is happening all over the island to include the hotel district but it didn't distract from our vacation.

The apartment is very nice with two master bedrooms each having their own bath. Beds were so comfortable! Perfect for two couples. Kitchen nicely equipped and we cooked several meals there. Pool was being treated for two days of our trip but we were gone most of time anyway. We are divers and liked being close to DiveTech and Turtle Reef Sun Divers. We did not try to dive out back - the ladder and rough rocky entry seemed ok for snorkelers but our preference was not to use it to dive. The ladder does not have handles reaching above the surface of the last step so it is a bit of struggle to get out with a tank on your back, particularly when seas are choppy. We did see others diving and using the ladder. The sea can turn rough and current comes up quickly so beware. We are in our late 60’s and just didn’t see it as safe for us to attempt the dive there. We enjoyed the quite of this condo and enjoyed staying in West Bay - we usually stay along 7 Mile beach and this area is much more peaceful - except for construction going on next door right now from 8 to 5 to construct a large condo complex. We would gladly stay again!

The pool is very nice when you need a break from salt water or just to lay out for while. Communication was great by the owner. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. We hope to be back soon.

We have now stayed at this property five times and it is always spotless clean and super well maintained. It has all of the comforts of home plus water and sunset views to melt away every ounce of life’s worries.
The beds are more comfortable than ours at home and the pool and grounds are beautifully kept.
We love that Bonnie’s Arch is far enough from everything to be quiet and serene yet only a few minutes from the grocery and beverage stores, restaurants and gorgeous beaches and snorkeling sites.

The condo is close enough to the action yet nestled in a beautiful quiet location.We didn’t dive but you can still snorkel from shore. We have been to the Island before and mainly visited our favourite beaches during the day.The condo itself is FULLY equipped with every modern convenience! Every small appliance, hair dryers, towels, beach equipment if you needed, utensils, plates, spices!!!Andrew is very helpful and returns questions and calls promptly! We did have some problems with the entry system, old info was posted, but Andrew returned our calls immediately and then it was smooth sailing!The place was perfect for my family...we have a small child and a teenager...it suited everyone’s needs.Thanks for an amazing stay! Lovely Condo
We stayed at the Northwest point in Bonnie's Arch for a week. The condo worked great for the 5 of us. (Myself, my husband, and our three kids) Andrew's communication was beyond excellent! He gave us detailed information about the island, the property, and everything in-between. It was so helpful when planning our trip! Also if we had any issues Andrew was very quick to respond. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning and night taking in the views. The entire property is very well-maintained and clean. My kids loved the pool and the tennis courts. It was great that would could go snorkeling just out our back door. I highly recommend this place and Grand Cayman. You won't be disappointed!

A Dream Vacation
Our stay at West Bay, Grand Cayman was an absolute dream. For our needs it was ideally located, we wanted to be off seven-mile beach to have a more local experience. The condo is just perfect. Comfortable and modern with nearly any amenity you can imagine, nicely decorated and relaxing. Everyone else we encountered in the property were pleasant and enjoyable. Andrew was very pleasant and helpful throughout our trip, never bothered by our calls and questions.
I would recommend stopping by the condo before buying anything at the store. There were many of your every day staples needed in the kitchen already there; spices, coffee, oils, dressings. We used a lot of that plus left some donation for the next guests.
A few notes of the area. There is a Foster’s grocery just down the road, a bit on the small side for a Fosters but almost all you will need, and a Jacques Scott Wine & Spirits to get those necessities as well. Of the several Fosters I would recommend Foster’s Camana Bay, it is new and quite modern, much larger selection.
We dove with Indigo Divers that was situated just a few short miles from the condo at the corner of NW Point Rd and W Bay Rd. We snorkeled and relaxed several beaches we spent a good bit of time at Cemetery Beach again relatively close to the condo and frequented Spotts beach every day, which I highly recommend. It is a bit of drive but worth it, we saw so much sea life snorkeling there; Turtles every day, squid, sting-rays, lobster and a wide variety of fish. We also dove at sunset house, it’s a great place to shore dive for an easy, relaxing dive. There is also a great Tiki bar there to eat at which overlooks the ocean and dive site I highly recommend; the name is My Bar. Have a dive, enjoy a great lunch menu, dive again and enjoy the afternoon. We had one last meal there before heading to the airport to depart.
We will absolutely return to West Bay, Grand Cayman condo it was an absolute dream of a vacation.

The one difficulty we had was access to the condo when we arrived, the lock box code we were given did not work. But Andrew took our call and walked us through getting in quickly.
I would say a non-issue but one that should be improved. A cell phone call from the front door to get in could be an expensive one & not particularly how most want to start their vacation. You know what they say about first-impressions.

West Bay Delight
Beautiful, pristine property! The location is away from the hustle and bustle of 7 Mile Beach yet close enough to enjoy anytime. The condo was perfect! Watched the cruise ships come in each morning. The unit is well supplied with everything you could possibly need and we had no issues whatsoever. Would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone!

Great getaway
The condo was in a nice end of the island which was great for coming home to at the end of a hot and busy day. The owner had great beach tips which we used to avoid crowds. We began the week by catching a 45+ lb Wahoo (it was unreal!) with Reelistik charters so we were grateful for a well equipped kitchen. As per our experience on other islands since all goods have to be imported there were also many spices and condiments as well as a few fresh items from the previous guests. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy such a great condo. The beds were very comfortable as well as all of the fresh towels and linens.

Great location
I have been wanting to visit the Cayman Islands for some time so when I began searching for a place to stay I had no clue about the "neighborhoods." My daughter, who came along with my wife and myself, and I decided we wanted to be off the crowded Seven Mile Beach area but we didn't want to be on the far end of the island. So we decided to look in the West Bay area.
After an exhaustive search we decided on this location, and we are sure glad we did. The location is on the waterfront with the main road just behind. It was very quiet at night but close enough to Seven Mile Beach that we were only a few minutes away, by car, from great restaurants, and adventures. From the balcony you can see all the way down Seven Mile Beach to Georgetown, you can watch the cruise ships enter and leave port.
Although this location does not have a beach it does have a nice pool. But that was OK, we enjoyed driving to close nearby beaches, our favorites being the Seven Mile and Cemetery beaches.
The unit itself was very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. The kitchen had all the things you'll need to prepare all but the most extravagant meals.
Finally, the booking process was quick and easy through the site's easy pay service. Andrew, the owner, was very quick to answer any questions via email. The unit has a special phone you can use to call the United States at no charge.
I hope that when we decide to revisit the island this unit is available, I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Vacation in First-Class Condo
Recently returned from our dive and explore vacation with another couple. We truly felt at home in this beautiful, spacious condo. This beautifully appointed, well-equipped home ranks at the top of all the VRBO’s we have stayed in over the years. It has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay and then some, including reliable Wi-Fi, great A/C, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. While one reviewer didn’t like food items left by others, we appreciated the flavored creamer, Cayman coffee, Irish butter, and similar condiments we actually use at home. Once you go grocery shopping, you’ll appreciate those little things too. Andrew provided all kinds of information prior to our stay, which was very much appreciated. We especially appreciated the great rate on our rental vehicle (a midsize SUV) he was able to get us, through his connection with Budget. We found the condo’s location ideal – away from the cruise crowds in Georgetown yet convenient to gorgeous beaches we pretty much had to ourselves, great restaurants, grocery stores, and close to meeting points for the excursions I had booked us. Our itinerary was full: night snorkeling of a bioluminescent bay, a 5 hour tour including the amazing Stingray City, 2 days of diving (including the USS Kittiwake – outstanding), a private swim and ride with horses, a tour of Crystal Caves, walking on uncrowded white sand beaches, snorkeling, shopping, and enjoying jerk chicken. We found 2 things a must: a vehicle to get around and explore the entire island, and reef-safe sunscreen (Sun Bum is great). We found a postcard that said it all. “Yes, it really does look like this.” Thanks Andrew! We would definitely stay here again should we return.

Beautiful and Well Equipped
We visited as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. We've stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years, and this condo ranks as the best equipped place. Pretty much everything you need is there for you to have a great vacation. The location is just what we wanted with beautiful views of the blue caribbean sea and easy access to excellent beaches. We partcularly enjoyed Cemetary and Governors beaches which offered shade allowing us more time to enjoy without getting burned. The condo itself offers first class accommodations - we did not want to leave. You will need a car to enjoy the island. A grocery store is nearby allowing us to cook some meals at the condo. One value trip we did was to book Red Sail Catamaran for $5 each to ride over to Rum Point for dinner. They reserve you a table at Rum Point Club Restaurant, It takes about 1 hour each way, and you can enjoy star gazing on the way back. Andrew provides valuable information for you to plan and customize your vacation to your desires. Although we did not SCUBA dive, we had many great snorkeling experiences including swimming with sea turtles at Spotts Beach. We recommend spending 1 day driving around the entire island and enjoying different little adventures along the way. I easily give this condo a 5 star rating and we definitely plan to return in the future.

Great condo and value
This unit was as advertised and the owner responded quickly to requests and was beyond helpful. The detailed recommendations he provided of the island were extremely helpful for a first time visitor. It was very convenient to many amazing beaches. The agreement with the rental car company was also handy and a nice cost saver. The condo and complex were very clean. Also the pool was a great size and we mostly had it exclusively for ourselves. The unit also has smart TV's with complimentary WiFi and Netflix. Having a high quality washer/dryer was also helpful. There are too many wonderful aspects of this rental to list, so don't hesitate to book.

Great Location
We were in Grand Cayman for a dive vacation and could not have found a more convenient location. We were about 5 minutes from the primary launch site at the yacht club and about 3 minutes from the secondary launch site on the west side of the island.
We only had a couple of complaints about the property. The closet in the guest room was completed unusable because of the amount of stuff stored there and left-over food from the previous guests was left in the refrigerator.

Snorkeling right there in your back yard.
Andrew was great to work with and provided plenty of recommendations before we arrived. This enabled us to plan our best trip.
The location is on the west bay with several nice restaurants on the water. You definitely want to have your own car to drive around but we enjoyed the quiet side of this island. Andrew put us in touch with a contact at Budget for a 25% discount. Ibelieve our rental car for eight days was $147.
Two bedrooms with en suite baths and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and beach towels too. The house is well-stocked with spices and condiments. There was even a cooler and grocery bags for us to use. Tennis rackets and racquetball rackets to entertain the kids with a court on the front side of our building.
Dive shops are throughout the island and there was one about three minutes away. With great snorkeling right off the back in a restaurant as well. We like that this was away from the hustle and bustle of the crew ships. Andrew was available throughout our stay to answer questions along the way. Highly recommend this VRBO

Wonderful Diving Vacation
We had found this wonderful place north of the 7 mile beach on the West Bay coast. This trip, I was joining by my friends for Scuba diving. The property was beautiful. The balcony overlooks the pool and the Carribean Sea. The hotels on the 7 mile beach are visible across the water. The place has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, an elegant kitchen, and dining/living room. We were impressed with how clean and comfortable the place was. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There is access to the ocean at the back of the property that has a beautiful reef right there. The commercial diving boats come and moor their boats behind the property to have their divers access the site. There is a dive shop about a half mile from the house. A grocery store, several restaurants, and the Cayman Turtle Farm are all nearby. My friends and I would gladly return to stay here again.
