The location between Rt 3 and the Park Loop Rd was convenient. having a kitchen was helpful. we liked having a clothes dryer since we had a rainy week. it also was very quiet.

The stairs, leading to the second floor were outright dangerous! We could not even get our suitcases upstairs, and had to leave them in the living room. The steps were not deep enough to put our foot on them so we had to walk sideways, going up and down, with no socks, on so that our bare feet gave us traction. We had to bend down to look into the bathroom mirror. The couch was uncomfortable and head rips in it. I could go on, but the absolute main problem was the stairs.

I loved the full kitchen loaded with silverwear, appliances and so on. Everything was very clean and the upstairs bedroom/bathroom were just the right size for my wife and I.

The only thing I wasn't comfortable with were the stairs. They were steep and the steps were very short. My wife suggested some non-slip pads to make it easier to go up/down as she slipted once and it wasn't pleasant.

Great location. Only five minutes from Jordan Pond and South Cadillac Ridge trail.. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Quiet. Nice beach just down the road. All the basics that you need to cook. Nice outdoor area around the cottage.

The place could have nicer furnishings. Washer dryer combo was difficult to use. Does not have delicate dry selection.

I think the place was clean, and had everything we needed and more.
