The owner is very nice and welcoming. The room was clean. The shower was nice. Bed is comfy. Area is safe.

It is not in a fun area. Do not stay here if you are at all young and want to have fun. Everywhere closes at 8pm, it is a gated community and you need to be let in and out. It is very very quiet and boring. The only thing close to the property is the mall. You have to take an Uber everywhere if you want to go anywhere fun. There is no ac (!!!) and it gets up to 30 degrees during the day so it is always hot in the room. There is very little privacy as the bedrooms are all of a common room/kitchen and the windows are open for “air”…. The same windows are in the bathroom with no screens so mosquitoes get in. I got a lot of mosquitoes bites because I forgot to close the bathroom door. I had a very hard time sleeping both nights. There is a large window with a screen but there’s a street light that shines right into the room (room 4) so you have your pull down the blind to keep the light out but then there is no air flow and the room is so stuffy and hot I could not sleep. They provide you with a very small fan that doesn’t really do anything. From being bitten by mosquitoes and being too hot to sleep or hang out in the room during the day, with not much to do around you … I would not stay here again. I can’t understand how anyone can sleep with no ac in a hot stuffy room. Next time I come to Guatemala City, I will stay in zone 4 as zone 10 is very boring and overpriced. Nothing to do with the property but just FYI.

Todo, excelente ubicación, excelentes anfitriones, lugar cómodo, Caba muy comida y almohadas, súper limpio, la regadera excelente, áreas comunes lindas y funcionales, tiene parking privado, excelente internet, queda cerca súper, centros comerciales , panadería, tienda, comida típica también y hasta mercado está cerca!

Las ventanas al exterior podrían tal vez hacerlas de otra forma, en temporada fría entra tidi el frío exterior y no hay cosas no cerrar, por la forma como están hechas.

Sumamente tranquilo, la decoración así como el orden y la responsabilidad de los propietarios que eran una pareja de señores.

Wonderful owners - husband and wife. Common areas good.

However, this is NOT an apartment as advertised! Room and bathroom could use a DEEP cleaning. Bathroom only half clean. Walls a bit dingy. Barking dog in the early am and noise from other guest with children in the common area kitchen/living room was a bit annoying. House is located a few blocks away from the entrance/security gate.
