Took the family room. It has a queen bed aircon room with glass walls. But room with 4 single beds was not aircon. Full of mosquitoes, and since it has no walls on the secand floor the smell of BBQ satay from the famous coffee shop has made all our cloths smell. Plus its extreamly noisy. From the restaurant and coffee shop. You can hear everyone's conversation. So all my kids shifted the single beds into the aircon room so they won't get bitten by mosquitoes and to stay cool. If there was glass wall throughout the unit it would have been perfect as this is a great location

I love how near the concubine lane is. The place was supper easy to get food. I love the aesthetic. The shower is the best. The water pleasures the best felt like raining in shower. The table was so big & amazing.

I hate that the toilet doesn't have bidet. How the wall was so thin that u can hear people walking outside. Super noisy. I hate that the swimming pools were so far from the room u have to go outside the building to go to the swimming pools. The floor has lots of unfinished nail, so it's hard to walk. They do prepare slippers for us. I have that they don't show direction for kiblat.

Trop cher pour ce que c’est. La chambre pour 2 est très petite et les matelas reposent directement sur des cagettes en bois et l’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne

Everything!we arrived quite late and we inform the hotel that the check in time will be at 8pm-9pm,the receptionist help us alot,room is spacious and comfortable when travel with friends,the facilities all in good condition..its in central location and i can just walk to go to attraction place..soon i will stay again here with my family

I want to go for swimming but the pool is not clean enough,toilet with no bidet in my room but its fine,quite noisy with foot step from the above floor but not all the time..i still can sleep for the whole night

The location is just perfect if you are planning to visit Ipoh, literally in the middle of the city center. Plenty of cafes, Kopitiam and restaurants are 1 or 2 minutes away. The King room where we stayed is very pleasant and great for longer stays, it provides plenty of space and comfort. The property management offers room cleaning for a ridiculously cheap price, and this is again great for long stays.

If you are going to stay in one of the rooms facing the main street, please be aware that the Mosque nearby will wake you up every morning for the first prayer of the day. Ear taps will work to prevent that to wake you up. The rooms are not sound proof, and there is a very bright light in the corridor that doesn't turn off automatically and that will bright up your room in the middle of the night unless someone switches off. There was a very poor-mannered Malay family that kept us awake until they went to sleep (they were the only other room booked on the whole floor, opposite to ours, so I cannot imagine how noisy the floor can become when it's full house). We caught them smoking on the common area, and even though we advised the property managers about the noise nothing was done. Again, ear taps might work, but for the price we paid I was not expecting to be kept awaken by noise and light as if I was sleeping in a mixed bedroom in a hostel.

Sehr spezielle Unterkunft. Etwas schwierig zu finden. Der Eingang ist in einem kleinen Gang zwischen einem Restaurant und einem Café. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen. Bad und Toilette nur mit einem dünnen Vorhang vom Zimmer getrennt. Muss man wissen, sollte man damit ein Problem haben.

The location is very good. Cleanliness is good. Ambiance is the star during my stay, especially when it rains in the morning.

The toilet has no bidet installed. Other travelers that wish to stay here, be mindful of this. I did not know there wasn't a bidet upon booking this room.

We liked the swimming pool and the location, very close to everything. we liked the room with water machine and fridge. Andy was so kind and helpful with us.

Reception were not at the counter. Need to call them. The room is simply not worth the price. Mirror and toothbrush could at least be provided. Toilet dont have a bidet shower soap.

Staff did not answer my question if they have a pool. It was almost impossible to find the reception. The building was unsafe: built like a prison. The shell of the building shakes each time a heavy vehicle passed. I almost got trapped in the common shower because the door's latch was stuck. This place is a fire hazard and the multiple key card access system is deadly during an actual fire. All those metal grating used as deck and the narrow stairs are accidents waiting to happen especially to elderlies and young children so bringing them to stay there is a big NO! I do not know how it got its permit as a hotel by the fire department. The walls are made of cork. The floor was chipped board that shool each time people walk. No soundproof either. The building is poorly maintained. My door handle was broken. My sister's family door was replaced with a latch and a padlock with a gaping hole at the older damaged lock. Sink at the common kitchen was greasy. For the rate for my single twin room I could get better rooms elsewhere.

too noise at night, a lot of car passage by in the middle of night with loud sound, water in the room is too small. overall environment of the room was a disappointment the light in the washroom was too dim and ventilation not good. difficult to find the hotel.

Toilet design is lack of privacy, no bidet provided. The faucet of the basin has water leakage issue. Staff is not at the counter during our check in /check out. No shampoo/ bodywash /toothbrush. The rooms do not have room number.

Bad safety. Catastrophic in case of fire. The way someone can lock people from outside and the other exit covered with what i assume is an extra non used mattress. Quite expensive with that quality of room. No bidet. Bathroom and toilet are only separated by thin curtains which are very uncomfortable to use with friends.

I really love the location, it is at the centre of the city, only walking distance to concubine lane and cafes around there. Love the place concept so much, and the design is great. If you love nature but you wanna stay in the city, choose this place.

So many things are inconvenient. Need to take stairs, so please don't bring luggage. Toilet has no bidet and only have standing shower head. And they only use translucent curtains for the toilet. Good design but so uncomfortable. You can literally hear people coughing from room next door. So if you are light sleeper, this is not good place for you.

Pallet bed wasn’t the comfiest thing & the hostel isn’t as shown on the first picture on Booking.com which made it a bit confusing when arriving

The decoration is minimalist but so nice! It’s really affordable, I would recommend this place if you need to stay somewhere in Ipoh. The swimming pool is beautiful.
