The food service was pathetic and very very slow. They take 40 minutes to serve Tea or Soup . In room dining is much worse. They serve cold food . And the staff at buffet area is also very slow and don’t serve food nice neither they are bothered to serve the water.

Rooms were good, Proprty is big. Food taste was good. Chef was very good.

Reception & Guest services staff needs substantial improvement. Housekeeping, Restaurant and Kitchen staff is good. Chef is amazing. People at reception and manager on duty are a big let down for this wonderful property. Behavious is extremely casual and there is zero sense of responsibility. - Even for things as small as Shower cap we had to wait for 3 hours and after rigorous follow up we had received one - I had requested for car wash 24 hours in advance as per the hotel rules, got the vehicle listed. On confirming the next day over call, if it has been done. Reception confirmed that car wash has been done. But The car was un touched. - when I was checking in there was no one at reception one person was roaming around with a phone. Because of people at reception property seems extremely unwelcoming. People at reception need more training to be more hospitable, Develope more integrity and have clearer communication to enhance the overall experience.
